Betty, who was so confident and pretty and… and so what if Tina had a crush on her? That changed nothing. Betty hated her, with good reason, and now James hated her too. I watch this everyday as much as possible and I never get tired of it, lol. This is a masterpiece and it touches my heart so much. I love how well the clips were edited to actually make this almost like a short-film. Gosh, this made me crazy for Lucas Till again...YBWM is still my favorite mv because of their on screen chemistry and this edit starring them is perfect casting! "I heard the rumors from Inez.." scene was perfect and the use of Back To December mv for Cardigan is just genius (plus the parallels you made between it and White Horse). The argument scene from "Mine" is also great that you made it darker since Lucas was on night. That's a great detail!!! I could never express my love for this, I made me appreciate Folklore even more! I really think Betty and James ended up together (that's what Taylor said, I take that as an answer!) but not at the end of Betty. She rejected him and they went seperate ways. Years passed, Betty reflected on that past in cardigan and at the end of it she crossed paths with James again but he was finally mature and learned his lesson. They became friends not too long and rekindled their relationship soon after (but as Taylor said, he really put her through with it). I still feel in my heart that Falling (of Harry Styles) is James' perspective 20 years after. He saw Betty again and realized that he never moved on or he was falling again so became afraid that he might not be the same immature brat anymore but maybe Betty would still reject him like what happened 20 years ago. Falling and Cardigan may not totally be connected at all but I just love to imagine that just to add character development for James, lol.

I watch this everyday as much as possible and I never get tired of it, lol. This is a masterpiece and it touches my heart so much. I love how well the clips were edited to actually make this almost like a short-film. Gosh, this made me crazy for Lucas Till again...YBWM is still my favorite mv because of their on screen chemistry and this edit starring them is perfect casting! "I heard the rumors from Inez.." scene was perfect and the use of Back To December mv for Cardigan is just genius (plus the parallels you made between it and White Horse). The argument scene from "Mine" is also great that you made it darker since Lucas was on night. That's a great detail!!! I could never express my love for this, I made me appreciate Folklore even more!
I really think Betty and James ended up together (that's what Taylor said, I take that as an answer!) but not at the end of Betty. She rejected him and they went seperate ways. Years passed, Betty reflected on that past in cardigan and at the end of it she crossed paths with James again but he was finally mature and learned his lesson. They became friends not too long and rekindled their relationship soon after (but as Taylor said, he really put her through with it). I still feel in my heart that Falling (of Harry Styles) is James' perspective 20 years after. He saw Betty again and realized that he never moved on or he was falling again so became afraid that he might not be the same immature brat anymore but maybe Betty would still reject him like what happened 20 years ago. Falling and Cardigan may not totally be connected at all but I just love to imagine that just to add character development for James, lol.

When Taylor talks about the songs is from the folklore long pond studio sessions. The music videos used are Tim McGraw, Style, White Horse, Wildes Dreams, Mine, Back to December and cardigan. I also used some of her clips from CSI and clips from a movie Lucas Till was in called Crush, as well as some regular stock videos. Hope this helped clear somethings up for you!
