I wish they’d put more of the classic Peanuts specials and shows onto Blu-ray. It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and A Charlie Brown Christmas happen to be on 4K for crying out loud.
Awesome pick-ups, Sean! I really liked Anyone But You, and I was there for the 1st showing. So it paid off to go see The Shift and Silent Night on the same day cause that's when I 1st saw the Anyone But You trailer. It was easily my surprise hit of 2023. I'm glad it performed extremely well after the 1st week. I'm super excited to see your updated movie collection video. You and Cody should try and do yours around the same time!
There’s some issues and they are a little too clean, but overall I’d say the Cameron 4Ks are beautiful transfers. Especially since we never got proper HD releases of True Lies and The Abyss until now. By far a better viewing experience than the DVDs.
I don’t usually buy many blu rays as I don’t have the space, but as Final Fantasy VII Rebirth released recently, I’ve been on a FFVII mood (tho I usually always am lol). I saw the 4K for Advent Children (the tie in FFVII movie) on sale, and decided to buy it, and it looked beautiful on my TV. Was definitely worth the 13 bucks :D
@@peterfrost377 fair enough lol, it does have its flaws. I just love it so much cause I would say Final Fantasy VII (the OG, Remake, and up to what I’ve done even Rebirth), the whole shibang as my third favorite video game lol
Careful when buying on Amazon. That Vacation set you have there is the UK version as you cans see by the "15" ratings. You bought it imported. They won't play in your U.S. Blu-ray player.
I think i only bought 2 Blu Rays this month. Poor Things and The Iron Claw. 🎉 Also i'm guessing you shot this before or after you shot your, Blood and Honey 2 review? Just taking a wild guess based on the poster being on your tv in the background lol
Vacation 2015 has a mistake I noticed in the past. Rusty's wife refers to Eddie as "Cousin Eddie," when really, he would be Clark's Cousin, not Rusty's.

Starship troopers 4k look incredible on high quality tv

Aliens is definitely the least waxy cameron release so far compared to the abyss and true lies. I would keep my old blu-ray even if you have the 4k
