Episode 48 - When Sammy goes on holiday, Josie has to take over the shop. She gets in a muddle, trying to do everything the way Sammy does it. The Koalas suggest that Sammy normally has an assistant, and that maybe Josie should have an assistant too. Josie ropes in Mitzi, and the two of them get into an even greater muddle, with the impetuous Mitzi upsetting the smooth running of the shop.
