As A American Male, i see it as insulting our genes and purity of our dna....our culture. But, I understand why people lash out. There are multiple other reasons, I believe that there isnt enough women for men in china, so it takes away possible families for these men.
As Americans and western Men flee our countries from our TOXIC Females, we are seeking traditional WOMEN. Not masculine Modern women. Its best to just concentrate on ourselves....

I am from the US and I have had 2 long term Chinese girlfriends. Both of them would receive comments from random Chinese men when we would go out. No one would ever say anything to me but she would hear the comments being directed toward her in Chinese all the time. They had even had a few older Chinese men approach them to tell them that what they are doing is not right and that they need to stick to their own kind. I am Mexican American btw.

@@dongshengdi773 Interesting view point. I do not disagree with you.
1- Although I am well aware that there are like 3 Chinese women for every 10 Chinese men. It must be real tough in the mainland, but here in the US especially here in California there are lots of Chinese women here and I learned that as long as your friendly and respectful they are easy to talk to.
      2. Umm I dont know about that, It seems like its just as much as any other race but for myself growing up in a primarily Chinese community I wouldn't say there are a abundance of gay Chinese women.
      3. I mean... there cant be that many rich peaople in Chinese to take away that many Chinese girls.
      4. Ok this one I have heard a lot of so I will take your word for it.
      5. You know I am sure this is true to some extent but I have had many Chinese female friends and this has never really been a concern for them. its more of a stereotype.
      6. Ya I will agree with you on this, most non asian women are not really into Asian men. But more recently with the rise of Jpop and Kpop more western women are starting to open up to the idea of them.

@@dongshengdi773 - Leftover women is a real thing in China and other asian countries. I expressed interest in a woman they called leftover and I retorted to them that she was a gem and was a wise woman who would make a good wife... I liked her attitude. Even being a leftover woman they were mad and objected about half breed babies. Racism is MUCH WORSE in asia than in the west. They told me to come and take her away... I’m from Poland and I saw the same type of comments on Polish forums. Some women in Poland feel disgusted about other Polish women in relationships with foreingers. They feel also disgusted about Polish men dating and getting married with Ukrainian women. But the true is that in Polish internet the biggest mysoginist are women. I’m with Vietnamese man born in France. My sister was not happy that he’s Asian just because he’s Asian.

See the same in the US. I speak to educated intelligent American women but when I say I'm thinking of moving to SE Asia because the women there are so great it triggers the American woman into a misogynistic rant. I assume it's their lack of self-confidence. A confident woman would of course have no problem with any American man going to another country to find a partner.

That's why I've said in another comment this isn't just a Chinese thing. This is pretty universal especially the more homogenous the society, I can imagine a black dude getting stares in East Europe when he's dating a white lady. I'm a brown Mexican, I've had dirty looks from white men when I went out to lunch with a blonde lady, and get this....we weren't even dating and she's just a colleague.

it's incredibly funny how western women like to make it seem they are so progressive and tolerant, but as soon as you bruise their ego as women they will turn so quickly on other women and also become really fucking racist as well lmao

I forgot to add: I’m not a big fan of Polish culture. In Poland it is socially accepted that the men do nothing after work, and woman works, clean and takes care of kids. Because of that, I promised myself to be never in relationship with any Polish guy (the culture has big impact in Poland). When I speak on any Polish forums that I’m not going to date ever Polish men, other Polish women are attacking me verbally for my decision. They don’t care that I don’t live in Poland anymore. In option of many people, even if you live in another country, you should be in relationship with a person from the country you were born in.

Globalized liberalism is bad. You can't expect people a world apart to simply submit to other cultures. For example: People that believe in sharia law are fine as long as they stay in their own country and keep it to themselves.
It's a corporate model. They want everyone in the world to be equal consumers on every level. If the liberals and Nato really cared about humanity over profit we would have crushed the CCP long ago.
As we speak they have over a million slaves making Amazon basics. It's all controlled by the corrupt greedy corporate masters and their paid for politicians.
The WEF, New world order. Figured like Biden and the corrupt nature of globalism needs to be stopped.
It's important for all parties involved in a relationship to keep their own identity while accepting others for who they are. As long as tyranny and cruelty are not apart of it. Those types of people simply need to be removed from society.
The world would be a much better place if it wasnt based on money and power on an international level. Imagine what it would be like if we could barter resources instead of worrying about making a buck. Every country to help each other grow while remaining independent from one another.
Globalism simply gives all the wrong people all the control. Imagine a world where everyone in every country wasn't afraid to fight against this... it would be ugly adlbd terrible at first... The reward when it's over would be worth the price. True freedom for all while eliminating these self proclaimed "leaders."
If I was the US president... Prepare for war if you truly want peace. Unfortunately the US government is more corrupt than anyone can imagine. We control the most powerful military in the world. Ofcourse everything had to go through Washington.
Washington allows the CCP to do what they want... $$$$$$

Due to the gender imbalance in China, Chinese women have the advantage in selecting a partner. Those women who are not happy with a misogynistic male-orientated culture, obsessed with continuing the male line, are choosing foreigners because maybe they feel more respected and valued. Rather than insulting these women, perhaps the people who post such hate-filled comments should turn the mirror on, not just themselves, but the culture that breeds such hatred.

That women in China are called "left over women" when they have reached the age of 27 or 28 and are not married, says a lot about the misogynistic male-orientated culture in China. But on the other hand the Chinese government is pushing women to study and so that they can have a successful career. I also know a chinese girl which is currently studying in Japan and she said to me that she never ever will date a Chinese man again, cause her last 2 BFs were really disgusting to her and didnt treat her very well. Chinese women are more educated and have more economic independence these days. I have heard in the past from older American male colleagues here in China that they aren’t so popular as before, and in-shape younger guys are preferred. I suppose it narks Chinese men that Chinese girls have more options these days, and as you said in an earlier video, there are less women to go around.

However I was actually super surprised that her parents, siblings as well as her grandparents, even her distant relatives family from other parts of mainland china excepted me without any issues, (NONE) they only said if she's happy and she's well taken care of then we are happy as well. They love me and our kids unconditionally. I'm guessing I'm one of the lucky ones!

1:35 in the U.S. you'll see a lot of women saying insults to this extreme towards men leaving the country to find relationships with someone from other nations. Physical violence against men can occur for this as well, but violence against men has become commonplace in Western countries in general, even over trivial things such as a man sitting down with his legs spread too far apart because he has testicles.

I am an American white male. There is diversity in marriage in USA. Not so much when I was a child as it was a very racial tension time (especially between white and black people). I am older now yet I have to be honest. I have all my life desired to be married to a Chinese lady as they are beautiful, seem really educated and more. I know there is a issue when it comes to language. By the way I must say, I feel you speak very well English, and frankly speak better than many Americans. 👍👍🙂. Yet in my mind or my way of thinking, Chinese ladies DO NOT like American white males unless they are very rich. So sad, but money does not make one so happy. Yes money is very important for daily life, but money has wings and flies away rapidly. Where as truly happiness, honor, respect and faithfulness is more important as long as one has the financial stability. Thank you for you honest, outright knowledge and teaching us about your culture. To end, I still dream of finding a Chinese lady even if only in my dreams.

Why are there so many Mgtow white men on the internet being extremely racist towards asian men and fetishizing asian women? The sense of superiority men feel when it comes to degrading other men just for pussy is pathetic. I am asian American with a white step dad and he is the nicest person I know who loves my mom for who she is, not because she is an asian woman or Taiwanese woman. He also respects me and my heritage instead of saying shitty stuff like this. Wow! Ms. Moon, You present such a deep, and thoughtful exploration of this touchy subject.
You ask why they feel this way... unfortunately as a foreign Devil, it's impossible for me to understand the thoughts of the Chines guys. I try to assume it's just a matter of education and sociatial impacts. In general, people haven't had the opportunity to travel and expeience other cultures. They are only allowed what's presented to them. It's natural that they (and I) form biases based on these observed experiances. I feel they are correct based on the experiances they have seen but deprived of the bigger picture. As a westerner who's married to a Chinese, I need to keep this in mind; My wife is correct from her perspective. And in fact, when traveling in China I keep in mind that when people say disparaging things about me - it's correct from their point of view and what they have learned. Here, in California, with a very large number of Chinese - it's less frequent (even rare) to hear disparaging comments. Thanks for posting - thought provoking!

While I do feel that I understand where the tribalism comes from, it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ve been married to an Asian wife for 30 years and we haven’t experienced any problems with attitudes in my area of the US. It’s very educated and somewhat diverse in my area and there isn’t social problems, crime or poverty, to speak of. Mixed couples are so prevalent that nobody thinks of them as mixed. That’s my feeling but I can’t read everyone’s mind.
Every place is different. The easy way to assess the place is if different races are randomly intermixed in public places like malls. If you see that, you’re in a healthy place and are going to have a lot more fun with culture in those places.
If you’re in a nasty place, just explore and vote with your feet by moving the best place that embraces and appreciates culture.

Hello Jo, I'm a male who was born and raised in all white (European) suburbia New Orleans, LA. USA and now 66 yrs. Even after Civil Rights was passed in early 1960's, a black and white couple were considered low class and basically spit on so to speak even by some blacks especially in the south. I think since about the mid 80's, more people were accepting black/white couples but I don't think it will ever go away completely. Asian's and whites dating were socially accepted as I remember.
I started into the work force in high school by working at a Chinese restaurant and I found the Chinese very good to work for and love their food. There was an older Chinese girl who worked there who was beautiful named Coy as a waitress but I'm sure she was considerably older and had no interest in me and it was all business when we worked. Of course if she had made it obvious to me I would have responded that I would have liked to date her. As I got older I saw another attractive Asian girl frequently at clubs always by herself but would she never respond to my advances yet I never saw her with another guy. I considered myself at least somewhat attractive because I rarely got rejected and even had come on's by many girls. I even dated a beautiful natural blonde haired blue eyed Colombian girl new to the US. So I resolved that the Asian club girl was either race specific or a lesbian. What do you think Jo?

I think due to the one child policy the Chinese population has more men than women ( I believe over 300 million more men than women) which is almost the same as the entire US population. Because of this side effect, there is a phenomenon happening in which woman have a lot more options to marry and millions of men are left alone in the uneven and very competitive sexual marketplace. I think it especially angers Chinese men when they can’t find a mate and they see some of their options choose to go with a foreigner. The same situation is playing out in the USA with African American women who are the least likely to marry and their most compatible options (African American men) are beginning to look elsewhere for wives especially in Southeast Asia and Latin America (look up the term passport bros). African American females seem to have the exact same response to this new trend by mocking and demeaning the men who choose to look for different partners. In the end the Chinese men only have to blame their fathers and grandfathers for not having the balls to stand up to that evil government that caused this situation. Maybe they’ll stand up now and give their future generations a better life.

Could Chinese men reactions be the consequency of one-child policies in some way ? I read an article a few years ago about male/female rate in China (the article was about Sichuan, but since Sichuan is the most populated region of China, it was quite meaningful). Due to one child policy and girl infanticide issue, the ratio was 117 men for 100 women at this time, so that, besides all the other demographic problems caused, about 20% of these men won't be technically in situation to marry themselves.
If I was in this case, I surely would find mixed mariages somehow a kind of waste and insult.
    但是这只是我的意见。

I Live in California, which is a socially progressive state in the U.S. Prejudice exists everywhere, although I have never seen overt prejudice on a social platform like what you presented. Interracial relationships have become commonplace anymore. The vast majority of people here, really don’t care.
Prejudice usually occurs privately, in the homes of first generation American immigrants or those people who are intolerant, racists. In situation where people are immigrants, usually the son or daughter will either date who they want or must wait to date until they are out of their parents home. It is unfortunate , because the heart, and eyes of our young people fall in Love without consideration of race, ethnic group or religion.
It’s sad to see the comments made against Chinese Women who date non-Chinese men. As the World continues to open , hopefully, these people will realize we have more in common than our differences.

I am an American and I used live in Mexico. While there, I dated many Mexican ladies. One day a female friend and I were walking around the town square. She decided to grab my hand as if we were a couple. I did not mind at all, but as soon as we passed some guy sitting on a bench, I could here him yelling in Spanish about me for being with a Mexican. At first, my friend didn't realize the guy was yell at me. As she turned around to see the guy, the guy as going crazy. I explained what was made at and why. I then asked my friend if she wanted to really make the guy crazy? She said yes and I said kiss as if we were dating. She planted a massive kiss on my lips and kissed for about a minute. After the kiss, I looked over at the guy and smiled. My lips were covered in lipstick and the was loosing his mind. My friend died laughing in my arms. And we walked away happy.
Many Mexican men would say in Spanish some horrible things my Mexican dates and they would insult me as well. Most of these guys would be shocked when I answered back in fluent Mexican Spanish without any hint of a Gringo accent. They would run off after being found out.

This means that before now it was not just, your country that was not ok with diff nationalities to marry. I'm from the very group of men that Asian women seem to love the most:- the white male with Aspergers. Having said that, I don't generally find Asian women as attractive as other races. I love European and African/African American due to their curves and more varied personality types.
The media and advertising industry appears to have an agenda of promoting mixed Asian/white pairings in ads for everything from cars to washing powder, and it's really annoying. I'm sure it bothers Asian men, and it bothers me! We shouldn't be told who is trendy to marry or reject.
These mixed pairings often occur in the West (with exceptions). So you have a dynamic whereby the whites are being mixed out everywhere they exist, but not the Asians in Asia due to their far more monogamous demographics.
My belief is that Asian men need their women, and we should not be taking them.
We got to start learning how to have relations and commitment with our own women again, something many have lost the ability to do.

Do other countries give a hard time to people in their country dating foreigners.... Yes. Here's a good example; feminists in Switzerland actually had that issue A lot of the men in their country were leaving due to Western ideologies, and it high risk of divorce, And so they ended up marrying Filipinos and people around Asia and women in Southeast Europe because of their traditional values.
That brought a lot of hate and they attempted to pass a law about it but that failed.

There is another channel, and when guys were askd (small sample size but okay) about dating a foreign woman, more than expected asnwered about "the size issue". It was funny but also sad.
So when you get a comment, just answer about the horse like laowhy.

Personally, I could care less what anyone thinks as to whom I date, but I think this is fairly common across all groups to behave in the manner as you're explaining. They'll have their way of reacting to interacial dating in various degrees.

Americans as a whole don’t care what race dates or marries what race. Yes there are some who sound like the Chinese men you mentioned but mostly we are a very diversified nation. I have dated Chinese ,Philippine and Native American women and have loved each one of them. I have quite a few friends who are married to Ladies from different races and they are all great.

Hi Jo.. I,m 68 and am married to a Chinese lady. We have been married 10 yrs.. When we married we went to visit her Farther..he was very upset she married a foreigner.. Perhaps it was because I did not give him any money..All her family where against the wedding and none came... And it is not as if my wife was a young bride,,she was in mid forties.. Me and my wife visited people in her village and I never thought there was any issues ,,all treated me perfectly with both grace and charm, even her aged aunt was very nice to me ,,but her family well that was a different matter... Now years have gone by and we are all speaking ...I have met her son with no issues and we are going back to China this year.Hopefully all is forgotten...

true black men are trying to figure out why black women say we are traitors to the black race if we date outside the race. Treated like we are property. Martin Luther king’s dream was for this to happen 💯

The is simple actually, due to the one child policy in China for decade more boys were born than girls because of that there is about 3 times for Chinese men than women, so they have a lot of what they call “bare branches” men that will never get married so the Chinese men don’t like the few women that they do have dating or getting married to someone outside there race/nationality, especially if that race is black.

I’m glad my wife could care less about what other people think. I see so many Americans with Chinese wives, especially in Chinatown. We once walked into a Korean barbecue restaurant and saw that every Asian woman was with an American husband!
Lastly, Chinese women are not easy. The phrase she changed to “Good Chinese women are not difficult to get along with.. They don’t have the drama and bad attitudes many western women have. They are usually Fit, Feminine, Friendly, and Cooperative. They focus on family, not just themselves. They also look for men who are established and have good values.
A good person finding love, what kind of person would not want that?

I'm a Chinese man and let me make things clear. I don't hate the Chinese women who date foreigners, if they really love one another I would congratulate them whole-heartedly. But the thing is I dislike certain Chinese women who constantly belittle Chinese men in front of foreigners. TBH this behavior isn't unique among Chinese women I've also seen some Chinese men who belittle Chinese women in front of foreigners. Both types are bad. Yes you can date foreigners, but there's no need to despise or belittle fellow brothers and sisters.

@weifan9533: Thanks for being honest. Almost everyone on this thread is dancing around the unjust racial hierarchy that drives the world: white on top, black on the bottom and everyone else somewhere in between which drives a lot of these relationships and peoples responses to them. It is stupid not to expect nations with long histories of racial injustice and ongoing tensions like the US and other places in the Americas and elsewhere NOT to be troubled by interracial relationships. Especially when many of those involved in them take some perverse pride in denigrating and rejecting "their people" while embracing outsiders with histories of animosity towards their families.

I’m not sure what’s going on there but me as an American I would love to date a Chinese woman but to be honest I would not move to China, I would like her to move here. Here she has rights choose her education can choose any career she wants and have a good life. I am 5’9” tall 62 years old Caucasian/white Average looking and available for a relationship. I know it has nothing to do with your subject but I thought I’d put myself out there.
I have noticed in multiple countries though where the men did not like the women dating outside of their country. Philippines is one good example. It was nice running across you on TH-cam. If I like what I see I’ll start following thanks for your story.
I just can’t shut up; I was just watching how popular are foreigners in China and you mention a lot of Chinese women are trying to avoid being tan. Tan is very nice and I don’t care if a woman is white or tan or black I’m universal it’s the woman that counts not the color of her skin it’s what’s inside the head and the body and the heart.
