However, if you cast yourself back to 2k15 Arnold Brazil or 2k15 Prague Ramy, even though the conditioning wasn't nailed then you can definitely see the differences. Not to detract from the big ol' Ram though, he has had an absolutely gorgeous soul since day 1 and we should wish him the best.

Milos Im curious about your thoughts on twice a day training. Did you ever do it? I know Roman Fritz does and Jay Cutler used to do it later in his career. Splitting up training sessions to an AM/PM seems to be quite beneficial especially in a mass gaining phase. Do you feel there are any drawbacks?

He's said several times the stuff gets in there and causes damage. He used so much, it cut off circulation and deformed his arm trying to correct what was happening. At the end, his biceps were a lumpy mess. You're welcome
Dennis I was in a similar situation with the puking and the balcony when I was 18. Fortunately for me I was the one doing the puking off the balcony. Poor girl that was downstairs was puking her brains out as well when I puked right on her head. I have no recollection of this though, it was told to me by friends. Nobody ever saw that girl again though.
You can concentrate on the area that is inflamed directly with the injectable diclofinac and it will still get into the blood stream and continue its anti inflammatory properties
The truth for me, just my 2 cents. Some people want to make us think that Ramy is done. His physique is not a mess at all like they're trying to make us believe. He wasn't bad at all at his last contest. I think they just found their new superstars & want to put guy the guy away. Same thing with Brandon Curry.
