Pea has more dps than sand if all of it hits the mob, so he basicly have super sand mixed with 4 ultra missle
And sbasil is like ultra rock but 0.6 sec, it also boost your healing by 50% which is good and necessary due to the past healing nerf.
So I would say, you are technically wrong.
