Amazing video. I had a question regarding losses in TFSA. Lets say I lost 3000$ cause of a stock crash and decide to bite the bullet and cash out before further damage does that affect my contribution room? same for upwards in the stock lets say 3000$ up if I sell it does that increase my contribution limit if I decide to sell it at +3000? (the following calendar year)

Hey great question, it's what I cover in the last item on this TFSA mistakes list! Buys and sells WITHIN the TFSA account do not affect contribution room. Only contributions and withdrawals INTO and OUT OF your TFSA account do. Ok an easy way to think of it, is imagine you contribute the maximum amount to your TFSA (so you have no more TFSA room left), and lose ALL of that amount in your TFSA (by gambling in something crazy like penny stocks), you won't have any more contribution room left.
