I think i need to dig out my collection and read them again. I have the similarian (I think I spelled that right, it's the one that tells the story before the hobbit and LOTR), the HOBBIT, and the thickest book with all three of the lord of the rings in one volume.. I try to reread them every few years as they take me away from the chronic pain and chronic fatigue syndrome that I experience. It's nice to be able to escape from this world and daydream of being surrounded by these characters. Sleepy Cat does such a good job of giving us enough detail and balancing it with times we can use our imagination to fill in more... Healing blessings from South Eastern Australia, Dot

Can we start a Sleepy Cat fan club in the comments? To Sleepy Cat: I love the way you read the stories you create as if we are right there in the room with you. I picture myself snuggled up in soft blankets, on the huge high bed my parents had, with my sister next to me, only when one of us were sick. Or in the big beanbag right near the open fire during a blackout night. When we were kids we lived on a rural Merino Sheep farm and we often got blackouts at night, when thunderstorms came thru our area. Most of those nights were spent cuddling my sister, my brothers asleep on a mattress in the corner of the room with my daddy snoring. If it was early enough we would sit listening to dad tell us about his day while mum cooked on the fire. Dad would help us get ready for bed and then mum would tell us stories based loosely on bible stories but with an Aussie twist. I hope all Sleepy Cat fans get a healing and full night's sleep and I thankyou to those who have left wonderful comments that encourage each of us to keep going.
