Can you tell me which knuckle the 3a string is tied to? I noticed at 2.09 seconds of the video the string is on the second knuckle, but the third knuckle has marks
For 3a, Hajime ties both strings below his second knuckle, where you see the mark. This can be seen during any of his freestyles. I’m guessing for 1a he is more comfortable with the string tied between the first and second knuckle, where most players prefer it.
