Ima calisthenist or calisthenics enthusiast, I can only handle calisthenics, I tried weightlifting once at my neighborhood gym with brother and it was too much, I got rlly sick to the stomach from heavy weights, I ace calisthenics, I’m the calisthenics person in my family and brother is the weightlifting person in my family

I do 75% calisthenics, 25% Weights on upperbody. And 100% Weights on leg day. No static nor freestyle, just sets and reps.
If your under 21 Leg day 30sec sprinting 90sec rest upto 8 reps 3X a day is a must.
