Iyouxin your shots were missing with the 103B because using WASD keys overrides the way you aim your gun. you can adjust hull elevation with the mouse regardless, but you can not properly rotate your tank unless you stop using the movement keys and allow hull-lock aiming adjustments to kick in (which is how they get the Strvs to aim in the first place).
Love your videos bro. Keep killing it! On a side note, the caliber that's able to pen the STRV 103B reliably is any gun above 120mm. STRV can easily bounce/absorb anything 120MM and below which is why I never have a problem brawling chiefs and super conq in it. Just don't get rammed kekw
Another advantage is if you can get hull down, you can fairly reliably bounce anything below 150 mm bc most of the upper plate is 50mm apart from around the gun and the lower plate. There is also a patch near the spaced armour that has 60mm so you can pull off some miracle bounces at long range.
Well yes I suppose if its a vz it will obviously rape anything. No in all seriousness, when people aim at centre of mass which most ppl will, there is a decent chance it will deviate from there and hit the stronger parts
The only other option was to yolorush against a tank that can pen Strv frontally and that is backed up by quite a lot of scary tanks that hadn't been spotted in a while and could therefore be pretty much anywhere. Hoping for cap to stop was the safer bet, especially since that could've translated to 2-3k more damage since he was in a good position to be end-of-game-yolo'd.
@@Dextroyer77 thanks for the reply. So the bigegst reason he didnt go ath him because there was a tank in the cap that could pen him. That makes sense.
@@robertjusic9097 Well dueling the 777 is *one* issue, even though he might be able to DPM it to death with a bit of luck. You also have to factor the rest of the team : AMX 50, T44 and ISU are all last spotted around the middle of the map, they're most likely waiting for someone to try and uncap so they can shoot their flanks when they cross A5-A6. Strv is very bouncy, but only from the front. Also ISU can just easily overmatch it, even from the front. So with trying to spot cap being basically a death sentence, your best move is hoping the 777 goes "oh wait, it's 6v2, we should win this easily, no need to cap".

the experimental speed thing gives you same benefits plus more rotation speed, so no more circeling.
watching you play this tank makes me want to grind for it. this things dpm is insane
Is it also possible with the Tier IX Strv or only with the T X because of the fence?
Tier 9 can do it, but if they load HEAT, it's gg
T ix also doesn't have those extra 50 and 60mm patches, but when you can face tier 7s it kinda makes it similar tier for tief

It really doesnt matter, vz55s will double pen the 40mm part around the gun anyway ;)

@@Bloody7890 couldnt tell you how many times i bounced both shells of the 103b with a vz because of rng
Is bonned turbo big difference or nomral turbo is good enough? I am a average player
normal turbo is good enough
3:44 now THATS just unfair lol
Excellent gameplay
Thumb nails are S tier.
Bruh what. You waited until your base got captured?? im confused
