@@Mohamed-xl1qp do one thing go to Bluetooth and pair it first. Then go in the app and select the paired obd2 and then try. Share you details for me to get in touch with you

Then it could be damaged. Just return it. Did you use with torque pro/lite app?

At the connection profile I chose TOYOTA AND at the next page I tried all but still ECU CONNECTION does not connect please help
Did you test your eml 327 using the identifer app to check how is comparability

Have you tried with some other app like torque pro.
Also try to pair the elm 327 on your phone as a normal bluetooth adapter.
The Bluetooth connect very fast, but the problem is it can't connect with ECU
