- After two months in Spain I'm finally back in France. As my friend Stephanie was visiting the amazing Ed and Anna in Bordeaux I took the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone and fly to Bordeaux for a long needed catch up.

Isn’t their chateau, such a gorgeous and so fairy tale place to be. I mean just walking thru the grounds and just enjoying the views. Beautiful roses just bring it to a upper level. Amazing, place to get married. Oh well I’m married already. ☺️

Loved seeing the wine from Niagara on the Lake, Ontario, Canada. It’s a beautiful town, very quaint, with lots of wineries in the area. It’s actually on Lake Ontario, right across the lake from where we live in Rochester, NY. Hopefully the Canadian border will open soon, our first planned road trip is to Niagara on the Lake, now we know what winery to visit!

I am not a wine drinker, but I did grow up in Niagara-on-the-Lake and I still live nearby. Very interesting that you tried a Niagara-on-the-Lake wine. Grapes are everywhere here. Great video.

It is so perfectly filmed. I missed those landscape shots with this music. That is sooo excellent and fabulous. You have got this eye fore arts. It's the pace and the Musik, all so well composed togheter. Also the madrit videos in the gardens and Cristal palace. You should do also film scenes with little story's. Lucky you are back.

Being in the caves-memories of my living in the Napa Valley, CA. Worked in many tasting rooms but I can only imagine being in the ❤️Of France would be more epic.

what a stunning location and the wine cave was spectacular . What a fantastic location when all the lockdown and covid a thing of the past for a classical music picnic on the lawns maybe stfanie could come back and sing and philipe and micheal play the piano.
the cellar wine tasting experience the setting wow. i loved steffanies hot water bottle!!!! I have only been wine tasting once it was in a vineyard setting in Italy Tuscany. It was an amazing setting and we all sat round a huge table and tasted wines. they asked us to do the swirling and then we sniffed the bouquet. To be honest i couldn't smell the wood the oak and the wines that had a hint of whatever. Then we did the slurpy thing where you slurp it round your mouth and to be honest you can savor and taste the full flavor and no we didnt spit it out we swallowed it. They started at the cheaper bottles and with each testing they stepped up in the price of the bottles and as it was in succession i did notice that the flavour of the wine got better as it went up in price and i am by no means an expert on wines . But this magical experience of a wine tasting in Tuscany was one that will mean a lot to me to reflect back on in my older years

German pancakes! I worked at a deli with a gentleman named Gunther, from Germany, who taught me how to make these. They were very popular with our customers. He made a few things that were very special and that I sincerely miss - he made his own sausages and bratwurst, wonderful Split Pea soup and German Potato Salad, as well as the Pancakes. I really miss those. Thanks for the reminder - just seeing the plate sent me back 20 years to a really good memory.

I normally don't comment on videos. But I had to comment on this one! I live in the Napa Valley in California and work in the wine biz. It was so much fun to see you in the caves and to see what bottles you opened! WOW I wanted to be there too...especially for the 05 Merlot. I love Merlot!. Maybe some day I will come to visit. I hope you can come to Napa some time and taste our wine. I am in the process of creating a TH-cam channel that will focus on wine, wine tasting and the food of Napa Valley. I will keep you posted on the channel's development. Cheers!

I am from the Niagara on the Lake region. We have many wineries, and create some beautiful ice wine. What a surprise to hear it not only mentioned but Pillitteri's compared to Bordeaux wine. Wow!
