Natalia Peluso artistically known as Nathy Peluso, is an Argentine singer-songwriter of Italian descent, who fuses the genres of hip hop, soul, trap, jazz, rap, salsa and swing in her music. Natalia Peluso was born on January 12, 1995 in Luján, in the province of Buenos Aires. She was the first child of the marriage made up of Hernán Peluso, a psychologist, and his mother, an English teacher. He has a sister named Sofía Peluso, a rapper known by her stage name Sofía Gabanna, born in 2000. He lived in the city of Luján, and shortly after he moved to the capital to live until he was 9 years old in the Saavedra neighborhood. In 2001, due to the economic crisis in Argentina, his family decided to emigrate to Spain. He initially lived in Alicante and later moved to Murcia, where he began studying audiovisual communication. In Madrid I study physical theater at the Rey Juan Carlos University where I specialize in pedagogy of visual arts and dance. Upon arriving in Madrid, he worked in the hotel business and also in production chains. At the age of sixteen he began to perform in hotels and restaurants in Torrevieja, mainly interpreting classic songs by Frank Sinatra, Etta James or Nina Simone. When I was studying theater I made electronic bases with friends, in which they recorded and made videos that began to become known After abandoning his studies, he moved to Barcelona. In 2017 he began to dedicate himself completely to music. Its root is black music, not only with styles such as blues, jazz, funk or soul, but also more traditional music such as African rhythms or a simple clap bass drum. By studying theater with professors and students from Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Colombia, she acquired vocabulary and accents typical of those countries that are reflected in her songs.
