    Hi. I also own a finalmouse starlight tenz in small. Personally for me it is worth the price. I like it better than the g pro superlight, my razor viper ultimate, pulsar xlite mini, etc. If you’re like me and using the mouse for 8+ hours a day for gaming, creativity, and office work, you want the lightest most comfortable mouse. for me this is the best shape + weight combination on the market. However, if you’re just the average person that games for a few hours a week, maybe it isn’t worth it to get a 200 dollar mouse.

    I almost bought this mouse 2 days ago for $150. But then realized it was Micro-USB & passed. For the cost of the mouse, they should be type-c.

    • @Cloud-lc7wn
      @Cloud-lc7wn ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Personally the Micro-USB wasn't such a big deal for me considering I only need to charge it for 30 minutes then I can use it for another 3 weeks or more. But yea, you're right at the price of $190 retail it should be at least Type-C I don't understand why Micro-USB is still not obsolete at this point.

    After using mine for over a year, the scroll wheel started scrolling the other way when scrolling. It also randomly scrolls when I slam it sometimes. I guess the scrollwheel decoder is faulty or needs cleaning. I tried opening it up and cleaning it but it seems like I need to desolder it to clean it, and I can't be bothered doing that. I ordered a beast x mini instead. We'll see how good that is.

      Yeah I'm going to stray away from this company moving forward. Too many QC issues.

  • @itsRobbie_
    @itsRobbie_ ปีที่แล้ว

    As for QC, when I used the Ninja Finalmouse as my daily work/gaming mouse the only qc issue I ran into was the scroll wheel plastic bit broke after about a year or 2 of owning it. Luckily this wasn't the whole scroll wheel sensor or whatever though, this was the inner clear plastic bit that the rubber band of the scroll wheel wraps around. One of the knobs broke off of it so it wasn't activating the scroll wheel when you scrolled/clicked and it would just spin infinitely without any input to my pc and without the "bump" you feel when you normally spin it. I was very easily able to order a replacement part online though from some random Chinese wholesale website (lol) for like a dollar or two and replaced the part and it's been perfect for the last couple of years.

    My tenz wireless dongle died in about 7 months. I've never once in my life had a wireless dongle die that fast. In fact, I don't think I EVER have. I mean my g903 dongle has been doing for like 4+ years lol... We'll see how quickly I get it resolved; making me send the mouse to get a new dongle paired. My biggest criticism is purely about their not user friendly in terms of repairing or just getting a new part easily; the fact I need to send it in for that reason is ridiculous.
    *Edit* Also, the mouse started to double click about a month ago; a firmware update did fix it though. Updating firmware is also ridiculous, why do we need to hold the middle mouse button and DPI button and while holding still plug it in, and only after that can you release the buttons? Why can't we customize DPI? The no software is also stupid imo.

      I personally wouldn't buy this brand anymore. My mouse did end up breaking which I showed in my Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 video. My current one mouse recommendation would be the Logitech, but as always remember to do your own research to meet your personal needs.

    High price is one thing, but they also create artificial scarcity so that everyone would want it just because they only have one chance at buying it at MSRP. Both genius and scummy.

    • @noshut
      @noshut ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think this is a weird logical block. Like does it really matter that much that you’re plugging in the mouse maybe once every two weeks into a non USB C cable? You’ll get annoyed the very first time then after that forget the cable even exists since it’s a wireless mouse.

    • @lerbyn
