How was the process? What questions did they ask? Did they ask anything about visiting your home country? Were they strict on small details? I heard we need to provide a letter from employer everytime we leave UK (why we left, what we do and if the employer knew about it) is that correct?
The process was quite straightforward, they need the leave granted (absence list) for last 5 years. You would get these questions in the online application. This is to check if you meet the continuous residence requirement.

I'm eligible to apply for ILR on the 10 years long residency route as I have already completed 10 years in the country without any break. But my wife is yet to complete 10 years. I would like to know if my ILR is granted, what will happen to the PBS Dependent visa status of my wife. Will she be able to continue her stay in UK legally with the PBS dependent visa or if I need to apply for her DLR once my ILR is granted. I'm getting mixed response from different immigration solicitors in UK in this regard hence a bit confused. I don't know if you have already covered this in your video as I don't understand your language. Thanks in advance.

Thank you. This is about ILR, not British Citizenship. Once we get ILR, we can apply for citizenship after 1 year. However, if the partner is already British citizen, the dependant can apply immediately after getting ILR instead of waiting for an year. Hope its clear, thanks 😊

You would need to do Life in the UK test when you are applying for your ILR. In our case I applied for ILR after 5 years in UK(on dependant visa), so I did the test when I applied for my ILR.
As far as we know, one of the criteria is - you’ve lived in the UK for 5 years continuously on a visa, either on dependant visa or T2. Please do check with a solicitor for advice.
Dais completed MBA, he is working as an admin. There are different routes to get PR. If you are in skilled worker visa , you can be eligible if you complete 5 years on the visa + all other requirements should be met. Please check gov site for specific details. Thanks

I submitted proof for continuous residence, not the proof of continuity at work.

They didn’t check for 5 years salary in my case. Entethu dependant route ayondu they didnt, but salary criteria was checked for Daisons PR.
