DELMONICO HANDS DOWN. It’s classic and well done. Every time it’s perfection start to finish with over 5 trips there. I’ve been to a lot of these but you have to try this one first.
I like Delmonico’s because it’s a little bit ‘old school’ and a little bit ‘theatre’ how they prepare some of the meals at the table, but just a short walk away still in the Venetian is my favourite, Smith and Wollensky. A glaring omission surely?

In the last 30 years I’ve seen reviews like this and I must point out the futility of the exercise. The best steakhouse to most is where you are treated like a king/queen with matching food and ambience. It’s so so subjective. This list could change daily depending on the overall experience. Go where you think you’ll have the best of all worlds not just the food!
Vegas has so many great steakhouses. Comparisons can be hard because some wet age some dry age and for how long. Also cuts can vary as some spots like Peter Lugars only serve porterhouse, Lawrys only Prime Rib. Off course appetizers and sides vary as well. One thing they usually have in common is great service.
Golden Steer is the #1 best steak house in Las Vegas and has been for decades. Not mentioned in this is unbelievable Marilyn Monroe, Elvis, the Rat Pack, and many other celebrities were a regular here so much they had their own booths.
Golden steer sucks. Cut is #1

Cut and Prime are two of the top ten steakhouses in the country let alone vegas and they are left off. I would even include off the strip steakhouses like Echo and Rig and Tbones over the steakhouse at circus circus and craftsteak.

I would have to agree that Cut and Prime are steakhouses of a much different order of restaurant and food category than many on this list so putting them in the list would not be a fair comparison to the restaurants themselves and would in my opinion you know put the list in a very different order than the one that's presented

Missed Jean George's, Golden Steer and Vick and Anthony's.
I would replace one of these with The golden Steer. I wasn't impressed with STK. I've tried 5 of the other ones and they're wonderful.
Going to try the Steer my first time next week here! I have been to the Steakhouse at the Circus Circus 3 times and it is probably one of the best and also value u can get!
Revettes,a place I really have to go to in the list as well. I'm going to really go on a diet after these places!
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the Paris should be in the top 10 the steak and soufflé are delicious 😋

Just my experience, but my evening at STK was not a great one. The basil infused oil for the bread was very bitter, and our steaks were both very thin and dry. I would not recommend it at all. I'd certainly replace it on this list with Prime at the Bellagio. Fantastic meal and service.
South point casino has great food overall . Free parking also
STK is not a venue for a top 10 Las Vegas steak house list... no offense to the hotel but the club vibe can't and Make up for the lack of presentation of presentation and food quality which frankly has frankly has fallen even below tbelow the standard that was low to begin with
Barry's, at Circa, is only a year old but should be on this list. The Barry's Rib Cap is the best steak I've had. Agree please know it's pronounced del-mon-i-cos, not del-mon-ee-cos.

Do they still have the window case of raw steaks out front? that was the coolest thing in that entire bldg to look at. Ha
I've been there last year and the steak was so dry and tasteless, i called the manager and he gave me another steak but still the same. Should not go there

I don’t think these other commenters have actually been to prime. It was better than Hell’s Kitchen in my opinion. Best steakhouse in Vegas and bring behind the fountains is just another plus
@@Bryce-qh9rt the last time I went the food was terrible and awful the only thing that was nice was the Bellagio fountain show.
I was there on December 2020 and spend $214 I would post my credit card statement don’t know how to add pictures. They are way better steakhouses In Vegas just not this one.

You missed the mark in a big way by not including Cut at Venetian. Super expensive but the variety and service is ridiculously good. Best in class. Strip House at PH is quite good as well. Craftsteak was horrendous the one time we tried. They couldn't cook either of our steaks right. Service was so poor we approached mgmt. to politely voice our concern. It was met with the same indifference as our server's service. Never again.

The 2 best steaks I've ever had were at Cut and Strip House. Both excellent.

It's unthinkable you would leave off Jean Georges Steakhouse at the Aria, as though Oscar's is better, which it isn't in terms of food, service and decor. Same for Michael Mina's Stripsteak at Mandalay, also better than Oscar's for the same reasons. Jean Georges Vongerichten is among America's finest chefs, never mind by way of France. Oscar's is pedestrian and mostly about the history, not the food.

Same here about Old Homestead. Had a damned tasty medium New York strip steak and delicious sides, with service that was unrivaled last week. But I guess the lesson here is that as long as Vegas tries to continually top itself with service and taste, we all win 😀.

Stayed at Venetian and ate at Delmonico. Wouldn’t say it was one of the greatest steak experiences!
Delmonico is juicy fatty goodness..The medium rare was charred crispy on top..and warm red center ..not a lot of blood.. just how I ordered it..Walked in no reservations..No problem..
The Golden Steer is the only steak restaurant in Las Vegas!

Bizaar Meats is legit. Ramsay’s Steak is great as well but I think Bizaar deserves the top spot.

There are so many top notch steak house in Vegas, I have no idea how you came up with top ten. Good job with the compilation. My favorite is the SC or The D.
I would say stk is the worse steak house...food is horribly prep...the staff is the worse you can get ( this is all pre covid shut down)...not sure if they changed their ways

Leaving Cut off the list is absurd.
Sorry, but thumbs down on Craftsteak. My "Medium" order came nearly well done and the grilled asparagus was nearly charred. Saving grace was my waiter who was very attentive(it was like having a personal butler) and the martini was just great. Most of the crowd looked like youtubers/ influencers who thought(one young diner with his date actually said this)it was "the best steak ever".

@@fastfoodfiend I have tried STK Steakhouse in The Cosmopolitan and Gallagher’s in New York New York, both equally as good but my personal favourite is Prime in Ballagio. Personally I don’t think you can go wrong with the upscale Steakhouse’s in the strip hotels so I suspect Palazzo will be just as good, enjoy whichever one you decide on 👍🏻

Never been there but have been to Saltgrass (same Landry's family) and the $48 ribeye was cooked so horribly wrong they offered to comp my nest dinner.

This guys hasn't been to any of these places lol. He mispronounces Delmonico and the signature dessert there is the banana cream pie. Bavette is more of a classic steak house not a french flair at all. CraftSteak doesn't have Kobe....they have A5 wagyu but its not Kobe. SW is pretty traditional dish-wise, the sides and desserts especially are not innovative. Most every piece of food they showed for Bazaar meat was from Chef Jose's Restaurant "e" located in the cosmo smh! Please do your research by actually going to these places and not just copying and pasting other peoples stuff.

@@smoke_09 Junior, I've likely cooked and devoured THOUSANDS of pounds more of steak that your goofy looking mug so stay in your lane. And secondly, prime rib isn't a "steak" anyway. It's considered a slice of a rib roast. My post is 100% accurate and thousands of others that consider VALUE and PRICE of prime rib or steak along with quality obviously agree.

@@trigganometry168 Never had the clam chowder but considering "The Vegas Advisor" has the Ellis Island Steak Special as the #1 Best Deal in Vegas for about the past 25 years most people would disagree with you (including a LOT of locals that eat there once a week!) And I know good steak and GREAT value and this one fits both. If you want a "better" steak than this one it will cost you at minimum $25-$30 anywhere else except South Point.
@@jaysantos536. Yes, good value for sure at Ellis Island but this was supposed to be best steakhouse in Vegas. I only eat ribeyes from dry age to A5 waygu so my range is usually between $50-$300 when I eat steak.
