A & B C Bubblegum Cards

Just heard of the passing of Ian at TheDiomedef16. We were the same age and as a boy I was thrilled and shocked in equal measure by this series of bubble gum cards that came out during the centenary of the American Civil War. They left me with an enduring interest in that conflict and I know from comments that Ian has made in the past that they had the same effect on him. Therefore I thought I would put together this collage in memory of our lost friend.
