Prioritizing myself means take care of myself, appearence, mental, health, spiritual....They just sent me home from my corporate job (i worked for 1 year) because it is low season and i did not have stuff to do. So they ended my contract. This is actually God taking me out of there. I was working with 3 women, THEY WERE ALL AGAINST ME. 8 hours a day. They yelled at me, threw papers at me, abused me mentally. I stopped taking care of myself, i cried everyday, my bedroom was dirty, i was angry everyday. THANK GOD I AM OUT.
Congratulations. Losing an unsatisfying job situation is one of the best things that can happen to you. Women really can be against each other and it can make such a toxic circumstance that you end up getting stuck because it kills all your confidence, momentum, and self-esteem. Six months ago, I transitioned out of a position that paid well but was suffocating my soul. Since then, I’ve pieced together a part-time job I love along with consulting and writing gigs that really fulfill me, and I’m in the process of starting a business with two other partners, which I think will be very lucrative in the long term. I’m hustling and it’s not always easy but I’m really glad I haven’t succumbed to the temptation to take another unfulfilling job, just to pay the bills. Stay true to yourself and have faith. You are precious and you deserve to have your energy reciprocated in ways that fill you with gratitude and give you hope for the future. Forget them! They are not worth your time, you beautiful soul. They sound absolutely terrible. Here’s to never getting taken advantage of like that again! 🥂🎉❤
I know your advice and instruction are designed for women, so I hope you’ll accept a response from a man. I truly appreciate the time and energy you spend producing your invaluable videos. Believe it or not, your advice is also helping men. As more women embrace their femininity and realize and value their self-worth and self-esteem, they’re far less likely to throw themselves at just any man who comes their way. This forces us men (though, sadly, not enough) to make self improvements and adopt a more gentlemanly way when meeting women. Testosterone and masculinity are wonderful and the world needs more of it, but their fulfillment truly comes when we refine those traits and ourselves into gentlemen and interact with a woman who completely embraces her femininity. Trust me, as a man, nothing makes me feel more like a man than being with a genuinely feminine woman. Thank you again for everything you’re doing for all of us.
I love your video💖 People confuse self-respect with selfishness. The first is the love you feel for yourself, the second is your out-of-control negative emotions. If we all loved ourselves from self-respect, the world would be a better place to live in🙏
I really enjoyed the tips you shared in this video. I will say, saying 'no' is definitely hard but it does not make you rude. It shows the amount of respect that you have for yourself and also making mature decisions for yourself. Otherwise, people will take advantage of that and that's never good as you said. This is officially going to be the quote of 2023: "Nothing is louder than the sound of your beautiful heels going away!" ~ Perfection! Looking forward to your next video!
You are never to old to find yourself and your joy. Thank you for leading me to mine. I have been too worried about taking care of everyone else and never took time for myself. At 50 years old, that has now started to change. I was raised to always put myself last. I have raised 8 young men all by myself and now it's time for me to be happy. I only have 2 biological sons, the rest were foster or adopted. They are all grown, now its time for me. Ladies don't make the mistake I made by putting everyone else first. If you don't take care of yourself no one else will. you are important and worth the effort. Thank you Lisa. Have a wonderful and beautiful day.
Watching this with my two year old daughter and I said isn’t she so pretty? And she said “yeah! Pretty dress” and I said should I tell her??? And she said yeah :) so there we have it 😝❤️
I wish I had prioritized myself more in the past. These days I feel bereft, drained, spent, numb… It’s going to take a lot of work and time before I start feeling whole again. When I do, I will NEVER give too much of myself to selfish people.
I love you so much lisa , you have helped me alot in many ways and i adore your content . Thank you for making this channel a more lovely and feminine community on youtube
I love your videos Lisa. I do active hobbies that make me feel like a queen like riding my motorcycle, weight training with my PT, aerial fitness on a silk harness and 80' style aerobics with a dramatic instructor and fun 80s music. :D I love my self care routine too. Lots of face masks. Also looking glamorous with make up and my stylish elegant feminine outfits. I get less upset about people hurting or annoying me because I have so many fun hobbies keeping me busy.
Thank you for all your videos!❤ I just wanted to say I was a professional ballet dancer and so happy to hear you started ballet!!! And. I've always been interested in belly dance! I'm going to see if I can find lessons in the area I live! 😊

Hi Lisa, I love your videos and thanks for all the content that you are sharing with us, I would ask if you can make a video about how to choose and where to buy your amazing dresses thanks :)
I understand that being a part of being a classy and elegant person is to be able to carry themselves with grace and poise. My question to you is this; what if you are a person who is striving for this but you struggle with being neurodivergent? For example if you have ADHD then it could be hard to come across as being graceful when you're oftentimes clumsy, forgetful or sometimes you don't come across as being bright because you don't learn the same way as neurotypical people. What are your thoughts on this? I'm curious to know.
Elegance and grace can mean being kind and thoughtful with others. You can be yourself as long as you’re kind, warm, and loving with others :) being “clumsy” doesn’t make you any less elegant if you have a lovely heart and attitude
Thank you for this content. Do you have any thoughts for this situation: my home is the social central and I am the hostess. I love that we have people over quite often but I sometimes want to withdraw for a day or two and shirk my responsibilities. How do you suggest I go about this?
Don’t take on the role of “hostess”. If your house is the social center on a regular basis, share the responsibility with others in your household. Or you can tell your guests to make them selves at home, so that you aren’t constantly “serving” when they’re there. I had to do this myself and by letting others in my household share the responsibility and the guests also take more control, I was able to really relax and enjoy myself at home..even when I had guests. They ended up sharing they even feel more comfortable when I’m not so focused on the “hosting” responsibilities.
People really shouldn't confused self priority with selfishness. I must add that those who don't know the difference can mistreat others, like you said. Rejection and saying no most of the time is protection. ;-) NOBODY wants to be treated like a deity. Its a major turn off. Those who embrace it... Let's not go there. When someone or something doesn't seem or feel right reminds me of this: Not everything is what it seems and deception does exist. P.S. Lisa, you'll be a wonderful wife and mother one day. ♥️
@@Neha.randhawa move on. It's a combination of chemistry/hormones and childhood wounding, it's not love. Cut them off, delete pictures/text messages, block if you have to. Let yourself mourn. They aren't who you thought. There is no "dealing" with them, they will not change.

I would forever be grateful for everything you've taught me. Everything you've taught me is changing my life and shaping me into a classy lady.
One way I put myself first and others last is consistently working out.
I've honestly needed this. You are a God send. I constantly forget my worth...

Do you have a makeup tutorial? It looks sort of similar to monica bellucis
I need to know where you find ur dresses
Ballet dancing is very feminine I do the feet exercise. Because I want my feet really windy and flexible like a ballet dancer.
