I damaged my big toenails with excessive walking in the wrong shoes. Both nails eventually came off on their own. I've cared for them diligently since returning home, and I'm happy to report they are fully grown back and looking better than before the damage. I was expecting it to take more than 12 months, and they were back by month 9. I've learned a lot by watching your channel and a few others. Thanks for sharing.
@tesst7649 I wore open toe shoes as much as possible (at least in the house) and made sure to keep them clean and dry. As nails grew back, I used nail oil morning and night.

Thank you for sharing this video. I like to see a follow up from you're clients damaged nails. I also have 2 damaged nails i think that i have got from wearing wrong shoes. I noticed that one of the damaged toenails is a little bit thicker, can i slightly buff the toenail? And how many times a day do you use a foot cream? And how many times do you reccomend nudging the skin around the toenails? Is it good to use a feet scrub at home? The nail polish looks really nice on you're client's nails💅

At 26:30 what is the stuff you're scraping from under the toe nail? It almost looks like crumbly pieces of the toe nail, I know that after trauma the nail grows back differently. Since I had both my big toe nails removed 15 years ago there's a lot of separation from the nail bed & having multiple additional traumas to both toes/nails didn't help. I'd really like to better understand the process of how the nails - as well as the surrounding tissue - recover from that
Great video, Anna, as usual! You are using that e-file in such a way, that you make it seem extremely easy to use (when in fact it's not). And boy, oh boy, those are some beautiful toenails (except for the damaged parts, of course). They are well shaped, and you can actually see the pinky nail :) Mine are quite small, and the pinky nail has always a lot of excess skin :( I saw that Gehwol has a lot of products, including some gel/ jelly for callus removal, do you recommend it for personal use? Thank you!
Efile is a such a wonderful, precise tool in the right hands :)) love it! Some Gehwol products are nice! I would not recommend the callus remover for personal use. Using a foot file weekly and urea cream daily keep the skin is good condition. I explain that in a video “how a pedicurist maintains her feet”
Very difficult as the polish dries so quickly so you can’t paint the white line with a detail brush. Also I really think the wide French is very outdated. I refuse to do it lol
Anna can you tell me where you purchased your white towels from. Your towels look perfect for pedicure 's. The towels that I purchased come apart with washing. Please and thank you. ❤

Yes. Never a bar soap. Only gentle soap :) and almost always I follow with some lotion and salve around my nails :)
