I just happened on one in my local FFL for $399, and snapped it up immediately. A little tip...HK parts are pretty nonexistent, BUT...the Umarex airsoft parts do fit since our HK .22LR's are basically the airsoft chassis with a 22 receiver. (and that tiny little piece that comes separately is a taller front sight post. I just discovered that one. Lol! Also...ProMag sells the mags for $30)
We have blasted thousands of rounds through ours. No failures. I did replace that stupid foregrip for a picatinny rail and a real hand grip. It shoots amazing. My kids love it. I shoot my apc9 while they shoot this and we go down a duelling tree. Loads of fun. This gun is crazy fun. No kick whatsoever.
YESS! I 100% agree man! Over shot thousands and thousands of rounds thru her and ZERO issues! You’re definitely right about fun too! My range lets me rapid fire and it’s a BLAST😭🤙💯
In England this costs £1079 which is $1397!! plus I have a wait of up to 6 months, we have only one dealer getting them and they have ordered them from the U.S, we should get them straight from Germany.
I got the pistol variant, and I just got my form 1 stamp. Sadly, it doesn’t look like you can buy the rifle stock separately so I might just have to buy the rifle also to harvest the stock. I know the price just keeps adding up but unfortunately I want what I want.
I don’t blame you brotha! The pistol one is definitely great but adding that extra barrel length definitely does increase the distance and accuracy of the firearm! We want what we want💯
Nice! I have the GSG model from before the lawsuit. It's got the older looking furniture on it that I prefer, however these are really nice too! I bought a mag for it recently for $30.00 we'll see if it works when I get it #?*!
@briangafford1588 I love mine! It does get dirty pretty quick which will lead to feeding issues and I don't think the stock mag is as good as the promag!
This is far from umarex's first firearm. They have been making 22 versions of "real" guns for about 15 years. They made the Colt M4 ops in 2009 or 10. Because I bought one of those turds. They have made at least two of their very own designed 22LR rifles, the UZI-22, the Beretta M9-22, and a couple of others... All before they got into the MP5 market.
The action with the barrel slides out and you just clean that. Can use gun scrubber spray and stiff bristle brush then run a bore snake through done. Simple to clean but some people claim you can t get it clean easy. I disagree.
Whenever my nephews are over all my firearms are locked and out of reach. If you're leaving unlocked firearms within access of children you're asking for a tragedy.
This is an extremely braindead comment. I am a massive 2A enjoyer. I have many many many firearms and love EVERYTHING about them. I enjoy them for both sport and collecting. But cmon... 😑 saying "Gun locks are pointless" is such a stupid and FALSE thing to just state as matter of fact as you did. MANY people have their ccw and home defense firearms loaded AND ready/accessible, and keep their range toys or firearms they don't use as often, either locked up in a safe, or even using these dime a dozen gun locks/chamber/barrel locks.

Never buy promag
As it happens, HK reduced the price to a more reasonable $30 for a mag.

Sportsman warehouse 499.99
I wish there is a company made a Hard case for this gun. Particularly for mp5 22lr
Do you need anything for the built in suppressor? Or tax stamp?
Umarex makes a ton of .22lr for a lot of gun brands.
Where did you order the mags from?

Dumb question but is it not a bit too cheap like $500

Does anyone know the thread pitch at the end of the barrel?
It's made in Germany so it should be, metric?...😊

Some places sell these for around 600. You’re gonna get a dozen different prices.
Do live warzone 2
Is this considered a sbr??

Gun locks are pointless
