I also admire Carl for being a good listener of advices given to him and despite the journey being long and still on process, he never gave up and still lifts himself up kahit we all know he’s also having that down moments without him really showing it.

When time comes that you lost things that excite you, may you never run out of courage to seek for them in places you never expected. Just that sometimes, the happiness we never think we deserved is hidden within that partly open door we never bothered to enter. Life itself takes courage, so is happiness.
Napaka positive po ni Drew, parang when you listen and talk to him ang gaan lang ng buhay. Nakaka inspire na gawin ang mga bagay na dati kinakatakutan natin. So much wisdom, God bless every Juan. 😉

Personally, I will bring the learnings I got from this episode. Mr. Drew’s wisdom are not only helpful for men to explain themselves, but for us women who are probably having that feeling we weren’t good enough because it’s taking time for the other to be ready. Or siguro, because of the pressure we’re in din nako-confuse kami. This is with no doubt a reminder to everyone na nawawala sa basics ng buhay. I wanted to also add that this ep does not only talk about what is in the title but of mental health. Thank you, The Juans!

Two things I've realized in this episode, "positivity is a choice" and "what you want to be is depends on your mindset".

Few things na natutunan ko base sa karanasan at karanasan ng malapit sakin na may asawa na:
1.) Ang away ng mag-asawa, hangga't maaari sa inyo lang. Hangga't maaari maayos nyo nang kayo lang nang walang sumbungan na nagaganap sa side mo. Unang-una walang nagsusumbong na lugi sila sa kwento nila (madalas may dagdag bawas yan). Pangalawa di mo marerealize kung gano kadali lang pala sanang maayos ang problema kapag mainit ang ulo mo. Pangatlo, sooner or later bati na kayo ng asawa mo pero yung pamilyang sinumbungan mo, di makakalimot yan. Syempre pamilya mo yun e kahit anong mangyari sayo kakampi yan.
2.) Love is a choice. Merong mga solid na pagsubok. Dapat you and me against the problem ang mindset. Pero kung mga kasalanan gaya ng cheating, pananakit syempre next level sh!t na yan ekis na yan.
3.) Wag uuwi sa pamilya mo pag may problema. Hindi na kayo highschool couple. Hindi totoo yung sinasabi ng iba na wag kang matutulog na hindi kayo bati. Tao lang tayo. Normal na hindi humupa agad yung galit. Pero you can still show affection kahit magkaaway kayo. Way of saying na "hey. I'm still a bit mad but I still love you".
4.) Kung nakikitira kayong mag-asawa sa parents mo/parents nya. Maging bibo. Bawal ang tamad.
