You are so very welcome! Im still new myself! I found that if my cones tend to put themselves out, even when they are dry, it's usually cause I have too much resin in my herbs. You can heat your cone up, and repowder it in a mortar and pestle, and add more powdered herbs to it, then put it back into a cone. If you have incense flop, give this a try! No need to throw away a cone, when you can smash it down, add more herbs, and have more burnable cones out of the 1 flopper, lol. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!
Yes! Any sticky materials will act as a glue to hold it together! Wood glue, rosemary, marshmallow plant, and so many others, are a great glue for insense
