Ezekiel is sprouted to make it "flourless." Grains can be bought already sprouted and dried online. However, I've seen one bread maker using a juicer to mix the wet sprouted grains. It was ingenius. Also, the spelt is a type of wheat that has gluten that is more water soluble and fragile than wheat.
That grinder is awesome! But hunny bunny, that sad mixer is not the right tool for this kind of dough. Toss that kitchen porn and get yourself a Bosch. It's a work horse and will outlast any silly wannabe kitchen aid.
haha! I've thought about a Bosch, but I already have ALL the attachments for the kitchen-aid. It'd be a couple grand just to replace everything I already have. Side note: one of my sons teachers says "hunny bunny" all the time and he thinks it's hilarious so I had to show him your comment.
Do u add yeast or water....or milk or what. I've no idea how to start once I've got the grain milled. What's next??? I'm in UK.
Click on the link in the description for the recipe. Good Luck!!
@@AtoZForMoms I did. It didn't answer what I've asked. I'm a beginner. Sorry for being thick. Lol
The link don't answer my question? I was hoping u could tell me. Thanks.
For the bread, I made my Amish White Bread and just substituted the Ezekiel flour for normal flour.
Do you ever sprout the beans and grains before grinding them?
no I don't. You could.... BUT you would have to dry them out well before grinding them. They have to be very dry in order to grind them.
Its def worth the extra work tho sprouts contain way more nutrients than jus them by thereselves

Interesting!
Thank you for sharing.
My pleasure! Thanks for the comment!
Aren’t the grains to be sprouted first in order to be actual Ezekiel bread?
This was for Ezekiel flour so no, but you can sprout them if you'd like the whole grains included in the bread.
What are the measurements for each part
The recipe link is in the video description- what8ate.com/recipes/ezekiel-flour-bread/
Young lady on this video. Could Ezekiel bread be made into pasta.
I don't see why not. You would just want to make sure you do a very fine grinding of it so you don't get chunks in the pasta dough.
@AtoZForMoms thank you
Why kidney beans???
High protein I guess?
🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻
Hope you enjoy it!
