Max’s underdog position all game really held my attention this week! Ironically, cutting all the relinquished stuff would have put you at 40 cards exactly, but I always love seeing my blue djinn on the field, so I’m just looking past that deck size.
infinite impermanence is a normal trap that negates 1 monster's effects on the field for 1 turn, then, if activated while set, all spell/trap cards in it's column get negated for the rest of the turn. the REAL kicker to imperm is "if you control no cards, you can activate this card from your hand". So basically, it's anti-combo. If you expect to go second, you hope you pull it in your starting hand, then when your opponent summons a monster that starts their combo, you shut it down immediately, and for pretty much any modern rogue strategy, that completely stops their plays. It also has a neat spell/trap negation effect if you draw into it past turn 1, so if you're really scared of their set, you can set in the same column and even negate your own monster's effect just to get the column negation live. it's just a really good side card in general, and if you're playing trap heavy, like altergeist, it's an easy main deck
Always got our backs. I promise you someone in this series will eventually lose to not respecting the columns (actually probably both of us. many times.)
@@LateStageYGO oh, I forget about imperm columns all the time! sometimes people will imperm you beginning main phase 1, and main phase 2 you forget about it and play a random spell in that same column. it sucks so much
