Has Zimbabwe started land redistribution yet? Taking the land the Brits stole was right but that should not mean the Generals get to keep it all. I`d suggest all adult citizens be made shareholders (allocating certificates of acreage because land cannot be printed) and large farms could be run by qualified managers. Over time, people could buy more or sell their allotted piece of land in these large farms or ask to take ownership of their land and become a smallholder. If the Generals keep it, that won`t work.

Thiats my firs time to hear professor Mutambara to speak such words of wisdom that's make sense I thank you with the words of sense of humour people who are stage a demonstration in American demanding the removal of sanctions in Zimbabwe are still far from reality they still need to be educated does they know what is a sanctions in there is no economic sanctions its merely travel ban for selected individuals who are causing mayhem in running of our economy they don't have a clues how to manage the county's economy they just expressing the easy word sanctions to support their claims

Mutambara that is a point. The opposition is still on stolen result after 8 months of election. Whether robbers broke into the bank and took away a safe or tjey attempted to rob the bank, can we therefore stop trading to focus on money stollen which may never be recovered. Opposition mr Biti in particular can we give attention to economical problems first. I sometimes get embarrassed by questions you ask of budgetory to mtuli. For example you asked mtuli whether the budget conforms to IAS. Certainly the question was vague and it would appear to me that Mr Biti hears book keepers in the Pub day dreaming about IFRS then u carried the arguement against prof. I belong to opposition but my arguement is that the opposition is made up of leadership which is like snifferr dogs or autistic people.

Arthur Mutambara is an intelligent NARCISSIST who is now seeking political relevance as his personal life is probably now boring, low book sales hence stepping out of the shadows & making political noises now. He is an opportunist who senses the current political stalemate as a chance to get back into politics & Zimbabweans like these charismatic politicians who manipulates them for their own gains!! My verdict : misplaced, misused & misguided intellectual!!!!!
