That's right, freaking Redman is apparently coming back in a western comic with Tsuburaya's permission and that...that is not something i was expecting, like, at all. So no, Redman is not gone, and his reign of terror may indeed come back!
A theory some friends and I threw around is that this series takes place in the Monster Graveyard. That's why the same monsters constantly reappear. Redman is the warden of the Graveyard, keeping order and preventing the monsters from escaping.
Or a monster doing it's taxes. Worst case scenario he kills a kaiju couple along with their kid who were just walking in an alley. And was also about to kill the kid kaiju until the ultra brothers beat the shit out of him and arrested him for multiple murders

Thank you for putting these up! Redman, Greenman, and Godman are all so fun but Redman is kind of my favorite, despite the fact that his show is probably the cheapest! Recently the American comics giant Marvel have purchased publication rights for the Japanese hero Ultraman from Tsubaraya studios .It would be interesting to see if Marvel Comics would also be publishing its issues on the complementary characters to Ultra Brothers like Red Man, Andros Melos and Zone Fighter or not.

I bet this whole episods are shot in a day. You can see the sun direction at the right in the first episod and left at the last episod. First episod is brightest and it's evening in the last episod.
No the monsters in ultraman are attacking populated areas as well places that can cause a catastrophic disaster's if not stopped and some are just plain evil who wants to destroy the planet or enslaved it. Meanwhile Red Man (Maniac) here just kills any kaiju he sees and he acts more of a slasher movie villain and a serial killer.
