How South Africa’s visa-free travel policy for Kenyans has impacted Kenya Airways

Starting 1st of January 2023 Kenyans have been travelling to South Africa visa-free following an agreement made last year between the governments of Kenya and South Africa.
The visa-free policy has had a significant impact on Kenya Airways operations especially on the Nairobi - Johannesburg route that has a frequency of three daily flights. #VisaFreeTravel

Erm, I’m curious to know why Kenya had been allowing south Africans visa free in their country without a reciprocity in that same subject 🤔

Kenya is a very welcoming country. Americans, British, Europeans can apply for a Kenyan e visa whilst Kenyans need an actual visa sticker in their passport from the appropriate embassies
