cant wait to see it all in action
All I can say is good luck with Chinese made equipment for your shop. I worked on a Chinese made edge bander and won't say a brand but was a total nightmare trying to keep the machine consistent and was bought brand new. Now working on a scm and it's so much better and a lot less headaches.
So which software you are working on after change to NanXing?
Love what you doing , we bought our first cnc in 2015 a it’s a Nextech it’s been a great machine . Can’t wait to see what you do.
I do the same in my factory. I have a biesse edgebander and bought a double head six side drill like the one you buy but from KDT . Also a big brand in the rest of the world. I love the machine and the quality of the construction its the same or more than biesse. I order today a KDT 706 servo edgebander.
Goosebumps dude!
Anderson America was selling Nanxing under the Giben brand name. I'm not sure if they are still selling it. KDT is being sold by NewCNC in America although I'm nor sure if that is an exclusive dealership.
I am looking at very similar to what I think you are doing. I may have to come and see you after you are up and running.
Looking forward to hearing more! How are you finding the software side of things?
would love to know more about software too!
give me specifics, ill put together a video
@@diamondcnc It would be good to understand how you go from CAD/Design to CAM for CNC and how edgebanding is automated (barcodes?)
Man I would'nt personally have trusted a chinese comp that much, hopefully it turns out great for you, haven't been happy either with all my new biesse machines, but the support was there tho. Can't wait to see the results in a few months/year of usage of your machines, i'd love to get price insights too which is always interesting.
Would love to know more of these prices ranges aswell for everything bought from nanxing
Like he said in the video. Reach out to CNC automation. They are no bs seller. want the price? they will provide just that and won't call you 1000 times afterward if you say no thank you. Not a employee but I am a customer of theirs, and I'm watching these religiously to see how they turn out because the pricing is substantially better than everyone else. I really hope this goes well for the dimond cnc team because it would benefit the whole woodworking industry in canada to have some reliable competition.
How much were the savings for the entire set up using Nanxing instead of Homag?
less than 1/2
I am quoting machines through 2 companies in China that are 75% less than Homag, Biesse and Felder. I have owned many Homags, Biesse, SCM and Northwood. This will be my first Chinese machines.
@@mikeclare1789 thats incredible, I would love to see your facilities in person when you are up and running full steam
Hello my friend ! I am from Macedonia in Europe and also have a firm for spray painting mdf with 10 employees. We spray paint manually but this year i want to upgrade to automatic spray painting. With your experience can you tell me with which brand for spray painting machine should i go for ?
Sivam Polyurethane
Cefla prima
@@Theuniverseisstrangethe price for cefla prime is way more expensive than other machines. I went in cefla and also in superfici in italy and i didnt saw a difference between the machines only the price was way too high for cefla. But is it worth it to buy cefla prima ?
service plays a big factor. superfici and other brands didnt have the support we were looking for. finishing is so critical we knew we would need lots of after sales support
There is a company that originally sold their product to superfici that have now gone back out on their own and fixed all of the problems with superfici. IMO, they now have the best flat line system out there.@@diamondcnc
Finally, the truth about the shit that goes with european high end brands
ill wait for this to all work out before i rant about my issues with european high end brands
