Things I learned: 1. Cheating is profitable 2. Getting lucky on one rare find is worth more than weeks of hard work. 3. Snipping an already agreed upon deal is profitable 4. If you want to go into flipping, you either need to love the tasks itself or have a larger starting fund, or you'd make more in a week w/ part time minimal wage job than you do a month of flipping.
The last one isn't necessarily true. You can start small and work yourself up to a larger fund you talk about. For example, how much could I make now with the $438?
Ah, but you would make the $438 faster by doing a part time job, which means that the initial month is still a bad use of time by comparison. After which, now you have a larger starting fund which goes right back to my point. Therefore, my point of doing this when you have a lower starting fund is inefficient stands, since that's not when you should start. But I guess a part time job where you only work for one or two week before quitting is probably hard to find. It's possible to make that doing some sort of contractor work, but that would involve either some sort of skill or hard physical labor. So perhaps starting flipping ASAP have an advantage in simplicity, since you don't have to deal with an "employer". I am curious about how much you would make if you have sufficient starting fund (assuming, ofc, still a one-man operation as opposed to starting a full fledged business, which is whole other ball game) While you would be able to go after any good deal as opposed to only the cheap ones, you are still bottlenecked by the number of deals available in general(that are good enough to flip) as well as your own time. While there is no doubt that your profit amount will increase, the % profit will probably drop. 8x your money every month is probably not possible. At some point, it might become more profitable just offering the service of building custom PCs over flipping the parts, as your time becomes increasingly valuable and "just building" will consume less time per unit than if you have to source the part from "internet". So it would be a rather complex thing to figure out what is the peak profit for flipping where flipping is still the optimal business model. Cost me $280 to build thought I could get $400 for it tried to sell locally for 2 months. Got really tired of people offering much less, asking me to meet them 2hrs away, or asking to trade. (No I don’t want your dmn xbox). Finally just threw it up on ebay only one bidder last minute sold for $300 after seller fees i get $270. Yeah apparently im not great at this :D
Try finding good offers for gpu's, for example, while ago i bought a rx470 for 100 euro, and then resold it for 135 euro, its not a lot of money, but also not a lot of work, no building pc and stuff.
I live off a fixed income and decided to try and build a fairly high end PC? - Within a years time with a monthly budget of $250-$300 with exceptions. I have the chassis, PSU and the motherboard so far. I chose to go for an NZXT red/black H700i case - it's simple with plenty of room, got it on Amazon for a bit over $100, the PSU for about the same, I think a bit more for an NZXT E850 80+ gold and I splurged and got a ROG maximus X CODE for the motherboard. Next month I'll be getting the NVMe M.2 500GB Samsung 970 EVO. Some things simply come down to patience. When I bought the Chassis, I also got 2x 8GB USB 3.0 flash-drives to keep OS Packages on. one for Linux and the other for Windows 10. I'll try getting the CPU in January. I'm also keeping all excess monthly budget moneys in a separate account to go for the GPU Hopefully a 1080 Ti. as a graphic artist aspiring to be a 3D artist, I will NOT comp out on the GPU - sadly it's the most expensive part of my build. With luck, I'll have this beauty done by spring.
Just wanted to say GL with that man and that a 1070 ti would be a better bang for your buck if its powerful enough for what you want. Also, you can obviously save a substantial amount if you can get a second hand gpu.

Thank you my brother. I have a non-violent criminal (distant) past and my heart is in computers. No company will hire felons and so I've struggled with homelessness for almost 2 decades. I've had to learn to hustle on my own out here on the streets but never even conSIDered hustling my passion. This and other, similar videos have really gotten me geared up and confident I can do this to get me up on my feet. Is there any chance of some one-on-one contact for some specific questions or tips from you I especially liked the fact you cited your resources like the subreddit and offerup.
@Galaxy TS2 To make people wonder "why, with such angelic grammar and godlike spelling, would somebody capitalize a syllable in a word on a TH-cam comment?". Did it work?
since you were wondering. It was emphasis. I'm stuck in a hospital room for about 2 months and all I have is the internet and coffee to keep me entertained. I felt like using capitalization to emphasize the syllable. Try it out loud. It works.
There is an ad in my local craigslist for a gaming PC with a 1080 in it for $550. Mind you that is a fully working system, not just the card. I think it is a decent deal. Pretty old mobo and CPU though so I think I'd rather just build an AMD system with newer components.
I enjoyed watching the video as a journey, but as a competition, it seemed that some very important aspects that were in your favor were not recorded, and for people that really only had a static amount of money , would actually have to wait for the funds to be transferred to the account from the sale they made online. The competition was about time, and I feel it was manipulated by " Oh Im going to have that Money so i can just spend my own money"., For a competition you shouldn't be able to just take out some extra money. If a broken part was purchased that would be cruddy, but it happens, and again if you were supposed to pretend that you only had the funds available from the trail of flipping, you would not have been able to fairly buy the other power supply. if this was just about flipping to make extra money period, nice job and I think you did great :), But since you labeled this as a competition with a time limit and strict funds or in this case a Graphics card, I see it as you cheated :P. This is just my honest opinion about this, I'm not trying to troll you, or make you feel bad, Just my thoughts on it. Still love the Videos!
That’s cute I flipped my pc for $650 bought a 4 wheeler for 400$ put like $70 into to sold it for 700$ turned around bought another 4 wheeler and dirt bike together for $700 and traded them both for a decent truck I still drive today all through the Facebook market place 😂

Yesterday I bought an GTX 1050 ti 4gb for 70 bucks
Need to start somewhere still pretty proud of me
I've watched the videos in the description, no hate though. The other youtubers did not showcase any of the products like what you did every time you sold or bought something. It was really was interesting to watch. You should do more of these in the future.
They're hard to do but clearly people like them. I'll see what I can do, thanks for the positive comment I appreciate it
This man said "I cant count my eggs before they hatch" its I cant count my chicks before they hatch
Same thing
Not even super into tech but you make this stuff interesting, keep it up you're doin it right
I really enjoy the hustle. I do the same but with clothing. I’m a freshmen in college and nothing is better then flipping and getting some extra cash.!
gotta love that 'Click Analyze to begin' pop up.. iunno why Premier loves to do that
Josh Bari When you make changes to a clip after applying warp stabilization. So then you need to analyze again

And if you didn’t want to spend that kind of money you could always just ride your bike there or walk lol
Just stumbled on your channel, and man I wish I could have seen this when I was a kid, now I'm an engineering with too much money to know how to spend. Maybe if I'm in need of money I'll use this. Love the video, you got yourself a sub.
Engineer* pls take English classes
This is a great video, you will make $ if you hustle with computers & computer parts, every schlub who asks for free computer parts or complains they are broke in a youtube video comment section should watch this video. Do the work & reap the rewards!
Great video, Now just sit back and imagine doing this each and everyday day in and day out but not just computer stuff or tech stuff, Well thats exactly what i do 24/7 7 days a week full time and i love it. I am a full time reseller. I buy and sell anything and everything from tech items to jewelry items and everything in between. You can actually make a full time income doing this easy, i actually make really good money in the reselling business. Love the video bro i think you did pretty darn good at flipping stuff. You just earned yourself a subscriber
I would love to do that, but i only know a lot about computer hardware.
Just made nearly 3000 of a 2010 civic. Bought it for 2000, fix the front bumper cuz some of the fastener has felt off, vacuum it real good, buy a headlight restoring kit for 19.99 and work on the 2 headlights for 30mins, sell it 2 days later for 5000. On that 2 days I also flipped 2 iPhones and a Macbook that net me another $400. And it’s fun and thrilling reselling too.
kris howd u leave after effects 3d camera tracker analyze thing in lol 14:42

Always impressed by your skills. I put together a computer tried to flip it and failed hard.
I5 3470 8gb ddr3, evga gtx 1050sc, 120gb ssd, 1tb Wd hdd, new 450w ps, new mid tower with led fans and window.
E Vers rip
Try finding good offers for gpu's, for example, while ago i bought a rx470 for 100 euro, and then resold it for 135 euro, its not a lot of money, but also not a lot of work, no building pc and stuff.
Consider it a $10 learning experience
Don't let that stop you bro. You already got the knowledge, you should try again!

I thought this was from 2019 I was like wait it’s not October yet?
Duck move a lot of patience unless you need it NOW
Just wanted to say GL with that man and that a 1070 ti would be a better bang for your buck if its powerful enough for what you want. Also, you can obviously save a substantial amount if you can get a second hand gpu.
@@NOCK88 but who knows where that used card has been...
@@stevethea5250 Depends who you're buying from. You can get second hard cards from reputable sellers, many still under warranty. I'm not really suggesting you go craigslist a high end gpu

@Galaxy TS2 The world may never know.
@Galaxy TS2
since you were wondering. It was emphasis. I'm stuck in a hospital room for about 2 months and all I have is the internet and coffee to keep me entertained. I felt like using capitalization to emphasize the syllable. Try it out loud. It works.
@Galaxy TS2
I honestly like this more than scrapyard wars. This is really great content.
Beautiful. I just sold my Lenovo Yoga 920. I wanna flip the bread. I used to fix and sell laptops as a kid. You just inspired me. Subscribed. Thanks.
Where do you find a 1080 for $300?
There is an ad in my local craigslist for a gaming PC with a 1080 in it for $550. Mind you that is a fully working system, not just the card. I think it is a decent deal. Pretty old mobo and CPU though so I think I'd rather just build an AMD system with newer components.
Why eBay and not r/hardwareswap? No eBay fee just the PayPal fee.
@Rayan Boss r/foundthemobileuser
-makes 8x the profit
- spends a big portion of it on gas
ok.
I amazed by your stamina for this challenge krist
Great video man, keep it up! :)
14:42 somebody forgot to click analyze... lmao

The "click analyze to begin" bar at 14:42 from applying warp stabilizer cracked me up because I had the same issue on a huge project that I submitted right at the last second of the deadline and everything was perfect except that bar was on 1 of my shots. It stressed me the hell out at the time but it's funny to look back on and laugh at now.
