He cursed? Oh my. So officer retaliated, yanked him out of the car, shackled him, and locked him in a confined space until what? "until he can act like a human"? Couldn't think of a better example of irony.

Considering profanity is protected speech, that officer could have faced a federal rights violation suit. But Arr-Kansas seems to be immune to the Constitution.

Dude I got a call from a cop and he just said he was a cop from where we live and he said where were you this state? Where were you this state? Where were you this date? I was like who are you again? Are you sure you're a cop? Because you're not saying you're just asking me the same question over and over. So I don't even know if you're a cop. So I'm going to hang up now. So then He started telling me what his problem was and why he wanted to know where it was. It was like a traffic ticket or something I'm sitting there going. I'm home. What traffic ticket you know? Why am I getting traffic ticket now instead of you know why didn't you pull me over? I just really don't understand what the hell's going on. Somebody accused me of something bad driving or something like that and he was trying to get me to admit where I was at the time and I just I just wouldn't do it. I wouldn't do it so I called my dad whose account. I understand. Definitely knows what inside of a jail looks like and told him about it. He said don't say anything. So I luckily didn't and the next time that you want to have a meeting. I took my dad my dad's super intimidating and it worked. It was fine. I didn't get any kind of any trouble. But I did realize you cannot trust cops. You cannot pretend they're good people cuz they don't care. If a guy who committed a crime saves the cop's life, he might be lucky to get his sentence lessened but most likely they'll still give him the ticket and not see any problem that they have. No humanity left that they're protect and serve. Isn't what they were doing all along and we should all just keep quiet and do what we're told. Cops are too power, hungry, attention, hungry, financially hungry and they just don't have any integrity for the most part. The bad apples are the good cops

Why is it when you're trying to discuss the situation with officers? And they don't get their way. They start threatening you with going to jail. An officer touches you illegally. You have a right to defend yourself even if that means taken that officer's life you're making society a better place.

Re the two sisters on the shoulder/ibstruction clip: what is the legal distance you can pull over if you are being followed/following a person who has been pulled over?
My wife and kids and me in a moving truck had the same thing happen. I was driving the u-haul when I got a speeding ticket, and my wife stopped at least 200 feet ahead. In the middle of the cop talking to me, a second trooper pulled behind her and made her leave the scene. They never told her how far ahead she could stop, and this was mid-90’s, before widespread internet.
I can’t find any firm answer.

    -This is ridiculous!
    -No, this is America!!!

This very particular level of authoritative abuse is fascinating. This is why I don't trust a badge: If I can't trust a stranger, why would I trust a stranger with immunity? Idk them or whatever they're approaching me about, willing to help but why do they have to threaten to come into my house, pull me off a toilet, and ask why there was a homeless man in my backyard?
