The Days of the Dead conventions are always a good time. I go to the Chicago event every year. I would like to go to a few in other cities like Atlanta, Vegas, LA or Indianapolis, it would be really fun. Glad I get to see them through your videos.

I miss this con and my Con Fam! I had so much fun at this Con every year back when I lived in GA. That atmosphere was relaxed. Everyone was cool and always had a great time.

Ooh Christine. That's a CED Capacitance Electronic Disc instead of a Laser Disc. It's vinyl and the top opens in the player. Take the rest out and plays the movie with a needle just like a record.

I went to a Days of the Dead in Chicago back in November and met Grimslife it was great seeing them and I also met Doug Bradley.

10:50 these are CED (aka videodiscs) discs not Laserdiscs. CED was the other format which started in 1981 and ended in 1984. It is often confused with LaserDiscs.

As for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre the original plan was for a much younger me to babysit my Uncle Tom's kids while he watched the movie Problem was it was a Drive In ! 18 minute mark // here is the deal about 'buying stuff from conventions' for tax purposes.
1. technically it is a business expense because U Buy from the (odd, no offence) seller so as to ADD content. When u scoop a LOOK, but do not buy from any Tables = U get a REP for being 'cheap' and the sellers might not talk longer and not add more content.
so Buying stuff from conventions, where u film, is partly deductible. On Principle and for Principle Photography purposes too lol
depends on the item. eg: magnet can be for office expenses (holding papers up on a fridge-a shot list for the next shoot location
2. Buying Gifts for Your wife to be, C the G. OK have her wear the items in at least three +++ videos and that makes the worn items a Costume for the shoot.
clothing is a supply and considered costumes eg: U wear a Nintendo T shirt and u go to Nintendo world and film the shirt is clearly a costume for the vlog shoot
3. announcing your intention to BUY a present for a wife to be does not make the purchase Non deductible.
IF C the G used the item as a Symbol from witch to craft from, she could deduct the item as a SUPPLY. // C the G might make a vid on 'making items' (similar to the items u bought her from conventions), and then the ITEM itself could be a supply for that vid. U would tell C the G the value of the purchase, and have her put that down on her taxes.
