I also confirm that the second method does not work by searching among the WiFi networks, cloucamxxx does not exist even after resetting the cam.
I have sinds my first purchace 5 camera from the same seller INQMEGA the last camera seems to have in an other app that needs to be connected to it. I try to connect it to YCC365 app but wil not do this it only wil connect to HISEE app why is this?

@@betty-janemoss6590 I did, just touch the video and it goes to another window ,than touch the return circle next to the camera below the video. It will go to live video. You can select the video it is recorded by moving the line left or right on the green area that has been recorded and you can transfer it to your phone gallery. Practice you will get the hang of it.

I have a working YCC365+ cam. Twice a day the cam switches its light on and makes a view into my living room although the cam is software switched off and all alarms are disabled. I watch this cam by an other cam now.

Ughhh this camera is so annyoing. I had the shop owner install it for me. And now I can't change the WIFI network. I plug it in and it doesn't make any movement. This happens even after I press reset.

I bought a ZooHi camera which does not look like the one in this video but came with instructions to download this very same app (the YCC365 PLUS) but the print was so small that was very hard to follow. In essence the procedure is identical to the on shown on this other youtube video that was made for similar camera: th-cam.com/video/Y0wzOgHZV48/w-d-xo.html During the setup you need to connect the camera directly to the router, then turn it on and wait for about 30 seconds so it connects to your home network, then on the app (on your phone) follow the steps to add your camera by choosing the option that says "Addition by connecting to network cable", then follow the prompts. when you get done then you might want to the settings again and switch you camera to work over WIFI (after this you will choose you network and type you wifi password). I know you already returned your camera but I hope this helps other users.

My camera connected fine. Very important note, do not connect it to 5 Ghz WiFi as it doesn't support it. Connect it to 2.4 Ghz, it should work fine.

You can just download the YCC365 plus from app store.
Works great on my INQMEGA camera.
