I honnestly loved last year's performance the most, this one unfortunaltely sounded wrong sometimes and out of rhythm. 3:21 sounded particularly cheap, and the climax was disappointing. But hey I'm no conductor, and this is my personnal opinion. It just doesn't sound harmonic...

As someone who was in symphonic and marching band in high school I can only say that this performance was definitely short of last year's. That being said for what I can hear it was played well but I believe we have a case here is some of the band members may have played in a forte setting when they should have been pianissimo. It's happened to my band and if you play the crescendos wrong and can mess up the harmonics a bit. That's not the the music or the performance is bad it's just one of those unfortunate things that happens. I mean I'm no musical major but I'm just taking my best educated guess here

I agree with you, it isn't as amazing as last year's performance and it seems a lot shorter and less epic than I remember.
