Great to see another upload Morpheus 💕 hope you’re having a wonderful week
My Dad had bees. I was a teenager, so I was involved in my own world. I miss him so much and all he did for the bees.
Awesome - just followed this rabbet design for making a telescoping lid - I made the rabbets on a table saw, but will make the next one on a table router. I bought 24 inch trim coil from Lowes that is pre-painted white.
This is fantastic! I’ve always wanted to make a beehive, think I might give it a go!
Thanks this is really helpful 🙂 keep up the good work 🙂
Hiiiii Tom How are you? 😊😊😊
Ahhh you can make anything you want.. awesome! 😆😆😆😆😆
I bought a vice grip metal brake, I believe #8R. It allows you to do laser sharp, no hassle bends.
Love your videos and hard work, much love Morpheus!
If lithograph is what your talking about , Think you did fine with the tools and material you used , great inspirational demo 👍
What about adding a little insulation underneath the metal for Southwest Florida heat?
How did you make your joints for each of the boxes?
To be honest I don't recall how I did that. It's been a while. I followed the plans dimensions from the horizontal hive website. I initially was going to use the solid 2X10 with tongue and groove that his plans use but decided on the box in a box with the rigid insulation in between. His plans are free on his website.
Love the bee content
Me too
Tom have you seen the Flow Hives?
I think there is a lot of controversy about those hives because people will not go into the hive as often as they should to inspect them. I wonder how they stood up to New England winters?

Use rolled flashing instead of that thick sheet metal.
they make flashing in 20 in rolls
Is this Morpheus ASMR?
