Are you looking for full stats breakdown? You can see the relic levels, zetas, etc from the screen I showed. If I showed full stats it would turn into an hour long video unfortunately.
If you have Reva lead inqusitors GI will go first. So it kinda has this "shoot first" as well. This comp with some termal etc cards is kinda like auto win. Just starting with GI's aoe skill and all enemys have huge amount of dot's and termals and die instantly after they get to go. By far the strongest team often even stronger than GL's. But im with you 100% dont like them at all.

Other characters that shoot first: Aphra, Iden. Their teams can get you going ahead of the opponents, especially if you pair them with a frenzy tech.
I think #1 for me is Nightsisters for the same reasons you mentioned.

Nightsisters are drastically better than Kix. I don't use them very often but clearly I need to start trying them out.
