Are there any other ICs with low resistance that might lead to confusion?
Newer motherboards have soldered CPUs; can we eliminate the CPU's low resistance by removing the inductors?

if you have detected the short circuit using the inductor trick but you removed the capacitors that are connected to the ground but u still get the short-circuit what the next step?

Great video sir. Now my question is; what is the need of of those two inductors connected on the low resistance path of cpu? Because it seems to me they are connected to ground which should not be the case when it comes to inductors

They are not connected to the ground, all CPU coils are connected to +VCCCORE power rails
