men and women ARE different from each other. We all fulfill a beautiful role. Discrimination shouldn't have ever happened. A lot of guys dont understand but a lot of guys do understand and this is the same for women, some understand and some do not. This commercial is quite misleading as this has nothing to do with gender equality as it does with two companies with VERY different revenues paying their employees different.
The CFL minimum salary is $41,000.00 while the NFL minimum salary is $450,000.00.
This isn't a gender equality issue its just two different companies that can afford to pay their players certain amounts to stay profitable.
Its quite sad to see comments that involve gender inequality. A company that makes almost $6 billion per year in revenue vs $50 million is obviously going to pay their employees more.
While this being said, NBA pays their players 50% of the revenues it is probably true that the WNBA pays less, but this shouldn't be looked at as a gender equality issue but an employment issue.
If the issue is supporting women in sports more women should start watching sports and supporting their own gender. There are probably more female NBA fans then female WNBA fans.

well there is no rules about woman can't play in the nba. why don't you work hard to get in to the NBA. you don't want soft chest pass right? i think you will not be treated like that when you can proof you are in the same level. start from the G league. if you crush the G league , nba teams would notice.
