This aerial silks drop is dangerous. Do not try this at home. My 8 year old ours a professional stuntwoman. And Kellie is a certified aerial silks instructor. She has been teaching Little Mama aerial silks tutorials for 2 years.

(I do aerial silks and i am competing so ik what im talking abt dw) PLEASE!! I BEG YOU!! If you are going to practice this discipline, GET CLASSES!! Aerial arts are insanely dangerous. 1 wrong move and either you or ur back is gonna be gone. No kidding- so PLEASE get classes
