      @@lachlaneft think about it, an in and out is just a fake crossover, so if your crossover is elite then defenders are gonna anticipate it in hopes of not getting embarrassed by it. And thats when they bite into an in and out burger

    I knew eventually Kemba will keep on getting the noise.
    Hardworking since Uconn/HS and continues in the legend of trailblazing NY ballers.
    He is a legend in spirit / mentality. His trainer Jay Hernandez is also a NY native who played at Hofstra (coached by Jay Wright at the time and now coach of Villanova) with teammate Speedy Claxton - another NY native.
    There are more people and coaches who have helped Kemba also.
    Kemba has it all, worked so hard. It's a shame the basketball community doesn't understand Kemba is modern on the skills BUT is old school with his mentality - He loves the city he is at and wants to stay there because that is his home now.
    Kemba holds a one club playing career mindset and works to achieve the goal of improving Charlotte.
    He has seen it from the worst and to get the rewards over the next few years will be sweet.

    Serious question. Have you realized that doing this kind of moves is really exhausting? like, have you try to really, really practice step backs? is like it drain all your energy. I was wondering, if it is possible to get injured when for example, you do euro step wrong, go to low on crossovers or step back with the incorrect biomecanics. I know you have studied the correct movement of landing and how to prevent injuries. But I have the idea that when I have had my injuries (ankle injuries from landing on the foot of someone) it also coincides with the fact that I am already tired (more than usual), because I have had been doing (during the game): euro steps, low crossovers or jump to grab a lot of rebounds (I have a descent vertical, so I am always jumping to steal rebounds)
    My points is, my injuries have come when I am tired, but not only that, I think I now what are the kind of movements that drain most of my energy. Do you have a comment about that? or how to train in order to "imitate" this kind of moves, that I am pretty sure, are not safe if you only see it on you tube and try to ingenuously to do it (your brain could in principle respond, but I think your body is not muscular or neuro prepared)

    • @FisicaCiencia
      @FisicaCiencia 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My point is not that being tired make you liable for an injury (even that is true), is the fact that the athleticism of the "little" Kemba Walker is underrated or unappreciated, and trying to imitate those kinds of move is dangerous in a way. That is what I am saying

    • @eyeseeyou913
      @eyeseeyou913 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      people like derrick rose who have horrible bio-mechanics are constantly hurt, joel embiid is another, he abuses his knees when playing in an incorrect manner. there is definitely a right and wrong way to do things with your body.

    I have a question so in my few years of basketball about 3-4 years im 16 by the way I picked up most my moves either by just watching nba players do them over an over again or by it just coming to me same goes for all of my skills but my main problem when playing is the fact i cant seem to do them against defenders i pound the ball driblle low and frankly I'm a pretty good ball handler for my age is the cause of not being able to do them in games cause of confidence or just lack of practice?

  • @deanskingdom8654

    The best way to "stop" players like him is to get them out of their routine; in other words, you the defender must be the aggressor. Shade their left side, shade their right the next time. Mix it up. Yes, they may start running screens at you but just letting him have his way with your defense is def not a solution.
