The opening titles were lifted directly from the two March 17, 1978 pilots. Look carefully for the different tiebreaker board, and the different Money Cards logo.
When this was aired on the first telecast on NBC daytime, I did not watch this episode because I was at Bella Vista North in Monterey Park, CA with teacher Phyllis Herring & coteacher Kathy Wong.
The Money Cards game was much more challenging in those days. No push rule and only the base card at the start of the game, aka the bottom row, can be changed.

***** I see. Thanks!
+Vahan Nisanian And we can see a stagehand on the far left of the screen, we see him throughout the entire series!
Golbez1991 And nobody ever said anything or even sent a letter asking about that stagehand, *EVER*?!
Zachary Dunlap-Tunnage I just started seeing that on the ‘70’s episodes. I was like who in the world is that guy?
@@garryjohnson4578 wonder why they never bothered to change that?

17:51; I think you're a little bit off on the math, Jim.
I saw that as well. It should’ve been 600 or 2000
that aired on my birthday while I was in HS
