Swollen radiator hoses should be replaced as soon as possible. This problem caused by several factors such as Overheated engine(engine oil leak, low collent),To much pressure because of unsuitable radiator cap or other problem. This video shows you how to replace the hose.

Holy cow! that hose looks like its having an aneurysm! mines bulging a bit but not that bad... whats caused it? just replacing the hose it may recurr

Most likely this is caused by overheating because theres no engine oil leaks. If it re occur then you need to check the radiator system. (Radiator, water pump, thermostat or possible leaks)
