What voice tool are you making and do you have any suggestions on where i can character study each of the three presidents? I want to make personal new vegas mods for myself with the presidents
Oh I use VoxBox! It's honestly pretty good. Use the website version instead of the app though because they blocked them on there for some reason. And your best solution to study them is to watch old and/or recent events just so you have a little bit of knowledge :)
