Love the video, but when Hisyaryumon got defeated, it turn into a Digi-egg, and the Digi-egg became Ryudamon. Ryudamon is the main child level of Ouryumon. Also, like Dorumon, Ryudamon also have the interface on his forehead.
Yeah Ryudamon indeed has the interface. But I will also discuss Ryudamon at some point. I did cover a good portion of its digivolution line, but there are more than 1 reasons to discuss it. (For example, we now know that Dorumon and Ryudamon were experimented on...does that mean that there were others??) There is still a lot of digging to do! A LOT hahah but thanks for your comment! It is one that is very necessary
Just because its name is DORUgreymon doesnt mean it's a greymon subspecies, it's just the name, doesnt have to completely relate to the species

@@DigimonExplained The way I understand it is that both of them were prototypes. Yggdrasil then used that data to create more stable Digimon.
Can we all agree dorumon is adorable as heck as for DeXdorugoromon I think digimon like that are why the D-reaper was made.
I agree. I think the Dex Digimon are pretty much zombies and even Dexmon itself is statated to be a program, a shell without a Digicore instead of an actual Digimon so an erasing program seens appropriate to deal with them.

This actually matters now after the card game is here. Dorugreymon is noted as not of one of the greymon on card that affect all greymon. Because グレイモン and グレモン are different.

If I recall correctly, Dorumon is the prototype for the ultimate digimon life form, while Ryudamon is the prototype of the ultimate weapon. When Dorumon evolves into Alphamon (the ultimate warrior), can "evolve" once more together with Ouryumon (the ultimate weapon), to form Alphamon Ouryuken.

Alphamon is "officially" the evolution for Grademon,
Death Evolution isn't restricted to Dorumon ( Angemon > Devimon, Togemon > Ponchomon are Death Evolutions ), and in his case it's Death-X-Evolution
Angemon to Devimon is more of a slide-evolution, as it is made clear that a Demidevimon is responsible for Angemon "falling" from grace. Though I suppose it'd also be possible for a Patamon to undergo a dark evolution to become Devimon, it is never stated to be a death evolution.

Yes and no. He is the oficial evo to dorugreymon too. That’s why they have so much in common including eyes ears digicore draconian aspect and dragons roar family. Dorugreymon and grademon are both the oficial evolution line

Ouryumon can turn into a weapon that Alphamon can wield to turn it into Alphamon Ouryuken mode, wielding the Ouryuken sword is said to wield the power of a Mega level Digimon itself according to some entries.

You should watch Digital Monsters X-Evolution that's where Dorumon's details may came from to fit in. Although I do prefer the evolution line from _that_ movie.

Pretty good, but one minor issue. Dorumon isn't the first to digivolvw after death. Milliniummon was. From moon to zeed. Still, good job.

I think had you taken the time to study Dorumon more in-depth you would have realized that Dorumon’s attack is Metal Shot, where he shoots out balls of metal. So, even from the Rookie level he uses metal.

When you said who discovered them, they were talking about humans. You can tell this because the viewer knows only of human interaction with Digimon. Also the one who was doing the experiments on Dorumon was Yggdrasil itself. The reason for that is that Yggdrasil is pretty much god in that digital world.

Dorumon is a pre-Project Ark experiment of Yggdrasill, which it then uses to create the Dex-line as a mindless army to destroy the resistance headed by the X-Antibody digimon. It also states that Alphamon and Dexmon were connected pre-All Delete reboot, with Alphamon needing to destroy himself in order to defeat Dexmon.
I have theories about other things in X-Evolution, mostly because some things are left frustratingly vague (and I'm an insane theory-crafter), but none of it looks confirmable at the moment.
Tyrannomon definitely needs a evolutionary line ive even created my own digimon line for him
I think Tyranomon>MasterTyranomon>Cannondramon is fine. There's also MetalTyranomon>RustTyranomon so I thInk it already got two "proper" lines.

You should cover the toy Agumon evaluation line. It's weird and kinda funny let's just say toy Agumon is not part of the Agumon line.
I am kinda curious as to what kind of digimon would be born from a jogress of Alphamon and Omnimon. If you do theory videos can you make one about that.
I think "Omnimon" should be a jogress In between Alphamon and Omegamon.

I know it's been three years since anyone paid attention to this video but still, pertaining to the name I only know of one instance where that kind of acronym is substituted in and it fits with its prototype nature: Naming recently discovered divergent viruses. For example long before Hepatitis type C was given its own designation it would show up in research and medical settings under the long form description "Non-A, Non-B/Unknown".

OOhhhh hahahaha well digimon is not as kid friendly as some would think. That's why I want to make you all feel how much of an adult series it is. If I can do that via voice, pictures and music, I will do it. And depending on digimon, it will only get more dark hahah be prepared!!

Dorugreymon is not Greymon family, the Japanese kanji is different.
That is why I said that we can only talk hypothetically. But you are probably right

lists all of the known Greymon digimon in the official family. Burning Greymon isn't there for the same reason as Dorugreymon. In fact the Japanese name for Dorugreymon is more DORUguremon, not the same spelling.
@@maximaldinotrap I don't think the same reason applies since BurningGreymon only has that name on English material, Vritramon being its original name so both names are completely different.
In DoruGreymon's case it's just a slightly different spelling (DoruGreymon vs Dorugremon (ドルグレモン) and both Greymon and Gre (in DoruGreymon) come from "great".
(At 10:20) explains the similarities in their names. Alphamon as an Alpha and Omnimon / Omegamon as an Omega. Alpha and Omega. I wonder who would be the Bata?
Now that is a GREAT question!! We would have to explore deeper and deeper. Especially when knowing that some digimon information can only be found by studying other digimon to get other point of views! But who would be that Beta?? Good question!!
@@DigimonExplained We technically have a Betamon which is the rookie form of Seadramon so unless we get an alternate name I don't think they can do a Beta Digimon.
Theoretically any digimon can digivolve into anything if you spec their asses down the correct path.
Look at the Digimon games for example, you get in trainings with multiple rookie forms with multiple champion forms with multiple ultimate forms with multiple mega forms. It is very rare for digimon in the games to simply go down one singular path.
After listening to you for years and other digi channels. I think I finally cracked what the interface meant. yggdrasil was creating digimon with the x vaccine prior to the x program.
Meaning it knew it would need the vaccine to have survivors in first place to the culling. That it must have foresaw of needing. Since it could oversee infinite growth

In Japanese DORUgreymon it's called DORUguremon the Digimon doesn't have anything to do with the Greymon species that's only an error created by the translation and the Digimon TCG already correct that

Where did you find the picture of the Royal knights at 8:14? I noticed that the colors were inverted on Dukemon and realized his digital hazard mark was red meaning that in fact this is ChaosDukemon who is an antagonist as far as I am aware, akin to his other mega form Megidramon. I am just surprised to see ChaosDukemon being shown as a member of the royal knights.
Also I noted that Jesmon is not present instead it is his rookie/child form Hackmon, though with him being the youngest member I find that understandable.

It might be that the colours are inverted. I will certainly make a video about the royal knights and explain them by name, characteristics and skills who these individual members may be. Id rather do that because it might Otherwise be too confusing.
Dorumon and it’s mega alphamon are my personal favorite digimon. If I had to choose a digimon as a partner it would be dorumon.

Dorumon is where I dropped off digimon in 2004-5, it was so confusing and contrasting to the digimon I knew, aswell as the x evolutions etc. now it's the most simple of new things to understand about digimon, but this was a departure for me. I never really left a di kept playing every game I could but I never dived deep into lore or anything.

I really enjoy your digivolution lines videos, but I am more excited to view your videos about the different digimons teams. Namely the somewhat lesser known teams like the Crack Team, the Bancho Team, etc. the Royal Knights and Demon Lords are well known by this point and the Olympians are basically the Olympus 12 + Hades/Pluto and a digimon representing the Titans... On second thought it would be nice to know what is the Ultimate form of Titamon as I read that it was confirmed Titamon was the Mega form of Ogremon, but no Utimate has been revealed as far as I know.
I will certainly talk about the different teams. It's just that I am following randomly the different requests of all those that enjoy the videos and based on that, I can only talk about those teams when all the members individually are revealed. @@DigimonExplained well i don't think that there is really a problem with gaiomon being a greymon-species the person that created his design said in interview a little while ago that he was originally supposed to be blackwargreymon x-antibody design so it makes sense for him to be a greymon-species still i'm not sure how death-x-dorugamon turn into him tho? but then again the death-x-species always confused me

@@shaikgb1 yeah the death x évolution needs a closer look. And the thing is, the way a digimon evolves involves numerous factors. So many aspects both internally like the genes or externally through eggs and as far as I know the environment. It really can go all the way around making it difficult to understand. I hope thay by digging deeper, we might get an answer

my theory is that dorumon is a man-made digimon.
it makes sense since it does have a interface on it's body.
it's baby form dorimon doesn't have a interface.
so dorumon must be a dorimon that got captured by humans and experimented on.
it's main digivolution line must be like this:
Dorugamon: a dorumon that has reached what the human's think is it's perfect form.
DoruGreymon: a dorumon that had greymon genes inplanted in it.
Dorugoramon: a dorumon that used the interface itself to turn into what it thinks is perfect.
for the other 2 digivolution lines is the humans trying to make it more mechanical.
the death-x digivolution line is them failing and killed dorumon but refusing to give up. they continue making more mechanical somehow keeping it in a somewhat undead state.
dexDorugamon: a undead dorumon that's been changed by mechanical means.
dexDoruGreymon: a dorumon that has been miraculously brought back to life by implanting greymon genes into it.
DexDorugoramon: the humans finding out and twisting the dorumon's idea of the perfect form.
Dexmon: the humans failed and unfinshed attempt at improving the previous form.
the other digivolution line is when they succeed at mechanizing dorumon.
Reptiledramon: a dorumon that has completely changed due to the mechanization.
Grademon: a dorumon that has completely accepted the use of metal and pefected it's form so it can both offensive and defensive with metal.
now for alphamon.
i think alphamon is a man made metal conterpart to omimon/omegamon.
so that means alphamon was created to protect humans from omegamon.
it was most likely called alphamon because of the whole alpha and omega saying.
so since they wanted protection from something called omega.
they decided to called there protection alpha.
so with that logic in mind.
i think alphamon true digivolution line is the one where they succeeded at mechanizing dorumon.
so i think alphamon is just a redesigned and improved version of grademon.
the only thing that i can't figure out is how DoruGreymon a dorumon with greymon genes implanted in it. turns into alphamon.
it makes more sense for DoruGreymon a dorumon with greymon genes implanted in it. to digivolve into samudramon.
since Samudramon is related to the greymon species. you can see this digivolution as the humans putting too much greymon dna into dorumon and overpowering dorumon's dna.
although i have no idea how a undead mechanical improved dorumon can digivolve back to life.
i'm lost on that part.
but i think my theory works well with everything else.

Anyone think there was a missed opportunity for a dna digivolution for alphamon and omegamon? As you said about both of them they are the alpha and the omega or the beginning and the end.

Uhh heiseiryumon is a completely detached evolution line from dorumon/dexdorumon and can DNA digivolve with alphamon to alow the latter to become alphamon orestugun (pretty sure I butured that last part of the name)

I think it's meant to be the opposite of x antibody but for me I consider death x the dark evolution of doromon

Also, on that Sovereign chart, Azulongmon and Ebonwumon are in the wrong positions! Azulongmon should be on the right, opposite to Baihoumon on the left and Ebonwumon on the top, opposite to Zhuqiaomon on the bottom!
Ebonwumon = Black Tortoise of the North (and where I am);
Azulongmon = Azure Dragon of the East;
Zhuqiaomon = Vermillion Sparrow of the South;
Baihoumon = White Tiger of the West!
