- I tried to spend 500 Rs (6 USD) in Ahmedabad, and it turned out to be quite difficult!!
Gujaratis are extremely welcoming and friendly, they kept on offering me things all day long.
Speaking Hindi, which is widely understood and spoken in Gujarat, helped me having a very immersive experience and bound with people even more.

In Rajasthan, ghee and shakkar are added to spicy khichdi. It looked strange but tasted amazing. Now I will definitely try this Gujarati food once.
