Minor QC issues seem to be a common denominator amongst Italian brands. Overheating their steels as well. Hope they can get that part right because some of the designs are quite striking. I know green is one of the most difficult colors to anodize on titanium. I wonder if it's the same on aluminum...unless that really is paint which would deter me all together.

I work in an aluminium factory and I can say with 100% certainty that is not anodised.

I’m really pleased to see this video. This is not a knife I’d generally go for, but I was yielding to its charm. You’ve cured me though! Thank you!

Did you notice that the thrill is INTEGRAL?

The thrill in titanium is milled differently and the one I had a pal buy from Oregon, (Gun & Knife Show) is flawless. I'm not sure I could justify its current price of £200 in the UK. Or even $199 in the US now. Even the show price was a $159. 99 ? I can't comment on the edge retention other than it seems good to me. I love the pocket clip, but the backspring is too soft for the size of blade. The point of the half stop is lost if edge can touch the finger. The Proper is the same.

Thanks for another very thorough review! I own one of these (in the orange version) and it does have, though less so than yours, the same paint blemishes. But all in all, I do still very much like my Thrill!

There's also the (imo) much better looking MKM Fara which you can get in Aluminium for £95 or in titanium for barely over 20 quid more than this. I think they just really missed the mark on this one.

I agree on the fara I have the aluminium version and I love it but it's up for trade

Great review. Shame the finish was so bad. The pocket clip is a nice design but most people use slips. It does seem like it would work well if you wanted to carry it before getting slip made.

I believe this knife is anodized... not painted. Can an anodized surface run?

Another great review as always. It’s sad to see all of the shortcomings of this, on paper it should be excellent but all these quality control issues just should not happen for something of this price.

COrona virus hit Italy way before it hit the UK. You are judging a moving target as if it should be identical for everyone, regardless of location. This is horribly misinformed, I would not want this video to stay up.

I sent an email to them comfortably before it became a crisis on feb 26th, not to mention their Instagram is still running as normal as of 1 hour ago, I fail to see the issue, just a simple response is all that is wanted.
