Thank you, Ajahn. Is the thai practice of centering in the Citta the same as "pointing out instructions" in Dzogchen, or "resting in awareness" from Advaita Vedanta? Is this practice somewhere in the Suttas? Would be great to know your thoughts on these practices (sometimes called "direct path").
