some one was driving on the main road and was overtaking two cars going towards a junction. The junction was at the right side. The cars he was overtaking were on the left hand side. There is broken line on the centre of the road passing through the junction. The last car he was overtaking did not give an indicator that he was turn to the right to the junction. The car was overtaking hit his front tyre and got damaged. The other car swayed back into the road and killed a cyclist. How can this driver defend himself considering that the other car did not show indicator and that the driver did not use the mirror to check if someone was overtaking and he did not even stop at the junction.
