Been waiting for this story for a long time. A story that travels the world. Someday I hope to visit India and I definitely want to visit the Agra Fortress (and its neighbor the Taj Mahal) and go to Port Blair in the Andaman Islands (but I’d skip nearby North Sentinel Island). Also, it’s been years since I saw it but I recognize the beginning dialog from a recreation in BBC’s Sherlock. Watson says “cocaine or morphine” and Sherlock determines a cell phone belonged to an alcoholic in the same manner as he did the pocket watch in this.
That would be a great holiday! Please let me know when you finally get to do it, I'd love to know what it's like there. BBC Sherlock was at its best when it drew directly from the stories, imho 🧐
