One of the employees told me most of the damage is from show-offs trying to lob the ball all the way to the pins. Yes, some things are in need of repair, like my ball return. The tray nearly fell off it several times, the only one that was like that.

I took 35 because it was a TV lane, which was one of the options I was given (either TV lane).
